I RAN across a steal and got 500 feet 26 gauge Kanthal fof $18.99.

Good coils can last 3 months so prepping a few spools could be a good idea.

True. There are a few videos out to show you how to clean your build coils without dry burning. Also, on how to clean your replacement coils. I've clean a dozen OCC coils. They come out white and clean every time. And I'm a high VG user. I bought a really good juice from Zeus. Very flavorful. I finally read the extremely small print and found it's 70PG. No wonder. I have no plain VG and don't want to ruin the flavor with my 100VG Vanilla Bean.

Does anyone know of a vendor other than Yaeliq that let's you customize your vg/pg and nic level? I'm still putting some 24mg in my tanks. Not quite ready for all 18mg yet, although I tried. Craving is there slightly and find myself going for 3 puffs once or twice a day. Been vaping for about 10 months.

Lightningvapes.com is having a sale for the next 6 hours - 20% off. 500 feet of 26 gauge kanthal is only $16.80. Based on my calculations, I now have enough wire for 16.81 years.

I know wire is low down the list for those materials "generally recognized as necessary" for stockpiling, but I couldn't help myself.

Since they don't make a finished tobacco product, there is no requirement per se. All they can do is file stuff with the FDA that MIGHT help their customers get through the PMTA process. A list of ingredients for each flavor seems like the obvious starting point, and cytotoxicity studies would probably be helpful.
Cytotoxicity studies would be helpful, but not rquired for the Ingredient Listing requirement, only for PMTA, and they wouldn't need to do that if they aren't selling ready to use eliquid products.

the juice companies stand zero chance of getting flavoured eLiquid for open tank vaping approved.

Even if the flavour companies disclose to the FDA ... still, nothing gets approved.

tamper proof, sealed and non-refillable will be the FDA benchmark ... even in Florida.

You are probably right as things currently stand, but if the flavor manufacturers cooperate with the eliquid vendors, they have a greater chance of surviving until Aug 2018. Buys them time, until hopefully we have some legislative and judicial success.

The FDA's is using teenagers and children as their primary reasoning behind all of this. The regulations on users, vendors and manufacturers are to strengthen and justify their ruling. But THEN there's BIG TOBACCO. The deal with the FDA is all but written in stone. The obvious question they never dare address is the putting the same restrictions on tobacco products.Where is THEIR list of ingredients? So, we now must live with an unethical, discriminatory and absurd Bill to make users of SAFE vaping, which saves lives, return to increase Big Tobacco's revenue. I wonder how much money was slipped under the table to do this? The FDA will have plenty of lawsuits coming their way by family members who have had loved ones die after returning to tobacco from vaping.

I am not sure how accurate that statement is. It's the vendors who sell the e-cigarettes, hookah and cigars, that are required to provide the health and toxicology information ( as part of PMTA ). Lorann needed to divulge their formulas ( i.e. the makeup of their flavors ) for the ingredient listing requirement by Feb 2017 ( or Aug 2017, for the flavors used in the liquid small manufacturers sell ). Obviously they chose not to do that, which is not surprising. They didn't mind the extra sales they garnered from the ecig industry, but they always have distanced themselves from the industry in public statements.
I figure Lorann has lawyers and such that know just a bit more than we do on here about the legalities involved in the Deeming regs.
But have at it.

If they try to ban flavors, I will just start a (fictitious) cupcake company!
Ohh we can still buy food and Beverage flavorings which is what all of the flavors are except tobacco.
What we use them for is up to us as individuals.

The 2018 date is only a legal date for the FDA ... the real date is August 9th 2016.

2018 gives juice companies a small window (not for the purpose of selling as much juice as possible). It is a legal window the FDA has put in for applicants to do extensive health testing requirements they need to provide with their fees.

The FDA has allowed zero loopholes for small eLiqiuid brands to remain on the market ... I predict we see the first Big Tobacco FDA approved vaping devices before Thanksgiving 2016.

As I understand it ALL tobacco products introduced will have to go thru one of the 3 approval processes.

I'm not sure what you are saying tbh. What exactly will happen on Aug 9, 2016, in your opinion, to vendors who 'age verify' and don't make 'misleading statements' etc...

How many stores both b&ms and online vendors are going to stay open after August 9th, 2016. I don't think there will be that many. They'll sell what they have and then get out is what I suppose will happen. And they'll sell through their stock quicker than we think.
