So, I still haven't bought a mech yet. How much would you charge for just ONE of those things if I don't buy one before vapocalypse?

Don't yell at me Two Bears, I've been blowing all my cash on nicotine base.:)

That is Zen's wonderful collection, not mine, but you can buy a new Provari 2.5 on their site now for as low as $34.95 on the Specials page and for $49.95 regular price, which is a steal of a deal considering the quality and they once sold for over $100. These are regulated mods though not mechs.

I thought all tubes were mechs. Learn something new every day. Thanks!

I'm picking up a couple of nemesis clones. I definitely want to make sure I got a couple mechs in my stash.
Aww you missed out on the Mountain Oak Vapor clearance. Got 2 nice brass nemmy clones for 1.99 each. I expected them to be trash but they are nice.

Damn! And here I thought 9.99 was cheap for the nemesis clone. If you see any crazy deals like that let me know. I'll be forever grateful.

Just an update on an order that I placed for E-liquid from a Canadian retailer, Happy Vaper, on the evening of Monday, June 6th.

The package arrived in my mailbox on Saturday, June 11th. The name of the retailer on the package was stated as H/V, a very good thing come August, and the nicquid was reported on the customs manifest as "flavouring". I do believe we may be good to go on this option for awhile. That is, if they are not scared off by any possible legalities.

Is Homeland Security required to enforce "State" laws?

I have to guess no. Can't imagine it would even be possible. On an issue like vaping supplies they might be looking at enforcing 50 different sets of complex rules, which could change constantly.

On Jul 1st the Indiana regs come into effect. Sellers outside the State can only sell juice in the State if a) the buyer is an entity registered by Indiana, and b) the seller is a vendor registered by Indiana. I think. And those rules are very fuzzy and badly written, they are likely to be spruced up down the road. Nobody is sure yet if they apply to foreign vendors, or to raw nicotine, for example.

I don't see any way DHS could stay up to date with that kind of mess, times 50. Even if they opened up a package, there is no way they could figure out if all the State rules were being followed.

That's the practical problem with doing it. I have no idea whether they are mandated to do it, or allowed to do it, legally, or whether they currently do it for other product groups. Doesn't seem likely though. Maybe someone here knows.

The vendors themselves will just stop selling to States that enact laws like this,Indiana, Arkansas, California and the list will just keep growing of who they will not ship to... so I don't think there will be any need for Federal intervention.

You folks might want to look at these documents.
http://lorannoils.com/sites/default/files/FEMAGRAS_Ecig_March_3_2015.pdf

http://lorannoils.com/sites/default/files/LorAnn May 2016 Statement Regarding FDA Tobacco Control Act.pdf

what this means is that ALL us ejuice manufacturers are screwed along with us after the fist part of next year when ingredients must be listed.
Also the US flavoring manufacturers will likely stop selling to vape related sites and ejuice manufacturers soon.

Individuals will still be able to buy flavorings for "food and beverage" use but not to officially make ejuice with.
But no vape related sites will be selling them.
TL;DR:
"We only care about taking your money and can't be bothered to fund any studies to make sure our flavors are safe to inhale. We know you'll buy them anyway yay."

Will do. You want brass or stainless?
9.99 is a good deal btw.

I also got 2 1:1 Kato box mod mech clones for 4.99 each.

Individuals will be but not juice manufacturers for too much longer.
And far more people buy juice than make it.

I don't blame them. This company has been in existence since 1962 successfully selling to tens of thousands of customers in 25 countries. It has been their stance since the beginning their products were not intended for inhalation and there is no reason for them to change now, it would not benefit them in the least. I think people forget vapers started adding food/beverage flavoring to eliquids that were never intended for inhalation.

I want a tube mech. That's another awesome deal on the kato box mech. I bet you're all stocked up. I'm pretty much going to stock mechs and I'll probably grab another zmax. I have a v5 coming in the mail. I guess I should get brass, but I'll settle for stainless too.

Lorann's has a lot of flavors that have food coloring too. They didn't go make v2 of their flavors for vapers so it makes sense that they wouldn't want the hassle or the headaches. Like you said they have been around since 1962. I do use their cream cheese icing though.
