I haven't read the FDA Regs, but the videos from a few lawyers that I saw stated that...
No new products after 8/8/2016 without doing the application process, but whats currently on the market can stay for another 2years and then it has to go through the application process by 8/8/2018.

Given this understanding, why the rush stock up on supplies (besides nic maybe) when we have a 2year period?
Am I not fully understanding the FDA Regs?
The rush for most of us is,after 8/8 all vaping products are considered tobacco products, and several states have laws banning online ordering/shipping of tobacco products, and alot of cc companies will not let online tobacco purchases be made with their cards. So it is a matter of getting stuff while easy to get.

Also state laws come into play.
Some states currently ban internet tobacco product sales. And on 8-8-2016 Vaping stuff becomes tobacco products. I expect more states to enact similar laws.

And state taxes on vaping products as well. Several states now tax vaping products and several more currently have pending legislation on taxing vaping products.

Because if things stand the way they are now, you may have a lot of shops deciding to close their doors. Some have already decided that the current atmosphere within the government just isn't worth the hassle.
^^^^^^this ^^^^^^ And you have to keep in mind what the states are doing now that vaping products are going to be considered a tobacco product 8/8/16. Some have already started to add sin taxes and requiring face to face purchases ie: no more on-line purchases of some products. It is going to get bad quickly if 'the powers that be' get their way.

oops, attention !!!!!! slow type'r on board

We will be alright, unless Customs and/or the USPS join the circus. That remains to be see. Both have been somewhat lackluster over other prohibited items.

That's because U.S. customs and USPS won't expend the time and resources to aggressively police harmless low priority items unless/until pressured to do so by key members of congress. That's how the system "really" works or at least is was for the three agencies I was involved with before retiring a decade ago. However, we could have a problem. I believe the FDA's war on vaping is the result of congressional pressure (the FDA would be the logical weapon of choice), if that's the case then customs and the USPS may be "pressured" to act by key members of congress sooner rather than later.

I'm still hoping legal action delays implementation of the FDA's deeming regulations at least until the courts settle the challenged issues which I believe are valid. Here's a good read that I ran across is the "deeming regulations" thread posted by DC2 Deeming Regulations For Vaping: Policy Maker Files Suit Against FDA | Guide To Vaping

Well I just placed my last FT order for stocking up. Thank you so much for that coupon code; it took a nice chunk off the total. :)

I really only have the rest of this month and July to order online. I fully expect WA to prohibit online sales. If I am wrong, it will be a good thing and I won't regret all the items I've acquired. I only bought good things I know I would use regardless of the regs.

My local B&M chain expects to survive at least for the next two years. It can afford tobacco licensing fees easily. So that will be my main resource until/if the FDA bans 2007 through present-day products and I will just use products I buy from them in the meantime.

Really the only ..... in my vaping chain is my limitations for DIY lol. I know I can make vapable juice but will it be as good and enjoyable as what I've been able to buy? Who knows. Really I enjoy the flavors the most; it doesn't matter what type of device or tank I'm forced to use due to availability. Nothing to me is more fun than shopping for an exciting new flavor.

I have three of them Mowgli and love them. My Reo Grand got demoted to the vapocalypse stash box once I figured out how to build the first one.

Got a Merlin and a Boreas coming now too. Ya, I gotta stay away from these threads ...
This is his first video ever so some slack needs to be cut but I've had no wicking issues @ 72W-75W since switching my method to his. I've been using his wicking method on my V1 & V2 but haven't tried it on my Supreme or Boreas yet.

Well Fastek now requieres a signature, had to chase mailman down yesterday for my daughters order..
I only need to sign if it comes Singapore Post. That is when it contains a battery or liquid. Epacket and others don't accept built in batteries or liquids. Otherwise, atomizers and drip tips just end up in my mail box.

Looking into buying a few mechs if all my electronic mods fail. So if I buy a few of these, I can just pop my STM with my 1.0 ohm RBA build on top? I understand there are other battery/safety issues to be aware of with mechs, I'm just talking about compatibility. Thanks again all for the help.

$18.80 Nemesis Style Mechanical Mod - 18350 / 18500 / 18650 mod at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

And one of these:
$5.40 Atomizer Resistance Tester (Ohm Meter) - eGo/510/808D connector / 2*AA / black at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Never place a Tank on a Mechanical Mod without First confirming Ohm Load.
What if a 1.0ohm Manufactured Coil was damaged/Shorted?

Ok, I REALLY have completed my stash now, lol.:thumbs: Just need to order my grandson's LP Reo later in the week and his is done too :)

I have a great local vape store that will stay open as long as possible so its not like we won't be buying anything new in the future for as long as we can, BUT it feels really good to know I'm not going to have to deal with on-line age verification, adult signature required shipping cost, or stupid state laws that make ordering or selling via the internet difficult, or even import difficulties should they arise down the road. I don't have to worry about changes to the PACT Act that prohibit USPS shipping of our stuff. I've saved a fortune by avoiding the coming sin taxes and almost everything I've stashed has been purchased at great prices so a lot has been saved that way too.

Should a miracle happen and things not become as bleak as it appears now, I've simply assured this grandma will only be spending a minimal amount for my vaping enjoyment for the rest of my life. And I've insured my 18 year old grandson can continue to vape, if he chooses, for a very long time at a very reasonable cost. :)
