Somewhere out there
Good tips, just hate how the 510-510 connectors look. They make my kayfun and future squape look ridiculously long.

@bnrkwest
BTW thanks for the tips on the bottom of your posts :thumb:
Now I always go for 4 seconds way from my face first.
Only with mechs though, never with the regs

I don't know, just live on the edge I guess.
Good to hear! Safe is always better :)

A LOT steeper? Yikes! I need to get rid of mine. I don't don't do TC and no WAY will I use a mech...at least that large. The 4 I have are quite beautiful. Perfect fit for a 18650. But if you're saying even those could blow up in my face, on the market they go. Damn, and color coordinated them too. :-(
There is nothing {IMO} death defying about using a mech if you know what you're doing.
Some people only use mechs.
Some people only use regulated devices.
Some people use a combination of both.

That sounds about right. I always keep my flavors in the fridge. I know that will drive some of the members here to tell me not to, but have been doing so for 6+ years and my flavors are still surviving just fine and still taste the same as when I first bought them.
None of mine have ever gone in the fridge. I thought about it, bit then another thought takes over & I forget about it.

I have a subox in White. It had a hairline crack the day I got it.
It came on the slow boat from China and was cheap so I'm not that worried. Got its own little space in my box.

BTW I think it's easy for guys with the know how. I mentioned to a machinist friend of mine. No problem he said.
Maybe you know someone good with wood???
I'd have the 510 and battery sled ready for him though.[/QUOTE

Thanks for this! How long have you had your white Subox? So the paint was cracked a bit when you bought it? Has the chip gotten worse over time?

My father-in-law has always been great with wood, but I am worried that his arthritis might be too bad at this point. I need to check with my brother in law to see if he might be inclined. He's good with wood and electronics too. I'm not sure if he has machinist skills.

So your Subox was cracked when you got it. Has it gotten worse since then? I had no idea there were wraps for tanks. That tends to ease my mind about buying the painted Subox mods & Subtank Minis. If they start looking bad, I'll just cover them with a wrap.

I'm going to check with my brother in law to gauge his interest in working with wood. I think he has equipment for woodwork.

Tbh, I'm not a huge fan of the Subox neway. It got about a month solid use but didn't get noticeably worse but I don't use it now.
Ive put a youtube vid showing you mvapes lovely box mod. show him the video and see what he thinks.

I'll do it. Thank you!

between here and there

LOL I say whatever works for you is great. I don't tell peeps what to do. I just tell of my own experience and that's it. If others do it also, that's up to them. I also don't hold grudges and say my way is the only way, that is just plain ignorant in my book. I don't think there is a wrong way or a right way in any vaping experience except when it comes to batteries. And believe me, there is a whole lot I don't know about batteries except to come on this forum and ask those who do. I also don't know much about tc, but I have bought some devices that can do it. When I get ready to experiment with that , I will come out and ask. There is never a time when a question is considered too dumb. Also need to learn to build a few coils and have bought some of what I am told are the simpler ones.
Point is we are all here to help each other for whatever the need is. That is what is so great about ecf and the members here are mostly so kind and giving in their knowledge.
Stay strong and vape in the way that makes you happy. Cause when it comes right down to it, that is all that is important.

Oh I thought there was someone else you were talking to.

I don't really like that mod.
I got another I'm not really fond of that I'm using aspire Pegasus
But I'm fond of my sigelei with the sapor.

But neither will ever be purple.
I'd rather it be scratched and ragged than purple and protected.

I've got problems with purple;
first I feel
And then shortly after

I'm peculiar I know

I think there are some pretty great vape vendors in the volunteer state. There are juice makers there -- Mountain Oak Vapors and Anna Mae's and I think there are others there too that I can't think of right now. Gaslight Vapors is a retail vape shop in Nashville that has a lot of great juice brands.
