On stockpiling after FDA deeming regulations

Since I travel internationally (Asia, etc) - I kind of wonder if we will be allowed to bring them back through customs...

I really doubt anything from China will be an issue. fasttech, Gearbeast, eFun.top do not care what laws the US has, there's no consequence for them to keep sending packages into the US. A few may get intercepted, but the all-knowing, all-seeing police state is still a ways off; the FDA can pass whatever regulations it wants, but it lacks infinite money and manpower to enforce any of this. fasttech sells 50 tons of electronic crap unrelated to e-cigs and they're gonna do what, open every single package or train mod & atty sniffing dogs? It's just not tenable to enforce any of their nonsense.

The problem is ... with the US and EU regs effectively killing innovation, it's gonna be awfully hard for them to clone the Kayfun 6 and mini v4, since they're not ever gonna exist.

LOL I say whatever works for you is great. I don't tell peeps what to do. I just tell of my own experience and that's it. If others do it also, that's up to them. I also don't hold grudges and say my way is the only way, that is just plain ignorant in my book. I don't think there is a wrong way or a right way in any vaping experience except when it comes to batteries. And believe me, there is a whole lot I don't know about batteries except to come on this forum and ask those who do. I also don't know much about tc, but I have bought some devices that can do it. When I get ready to experiment with that , I will come out and ask. There is never a time when a question is considered too dumb. Also need to learn to build a few coils and have bought some of what I am told are the simpler ones.
Point is we are all here to help each other for whatever the need is. That is what is so great about ecf and the members here are mostly so kind and giving in their knowledge.
Stay strong and vape in the way that makes you happy. Cause when it comes right down to it, that is all that is important.

Has anyone had any problems with the painted Kanger STMs & Suboxes -- Black, White, Red & Blue -- chipping and looking bad after a while? I've heard about problems with the white painted ones. Did Kanger upgrade the product and fix that problem? If not, has anyone had any luck using the mod and tank wraps or decals for them to cover the chipping paint?

I have 2 Suboxes... the white one is chipped like crazy and don't look pretty. But this thing is a survivor after taking a beating. It's my "beater mod" I take with me during the day. I've dropped it more times than I can count, but it works like a dream. Actually working longer than I thought it would so I'm happy with it. If you want a pretty one get a sleeve or don't get a white one at all.

I have a silicone wrap for mine. I got busy hands, as soon as it started chipping my fingers kept messing with it. I don't mind though. Without the sleeve it looks post apocalyptic, I'll have to post a pic.

My black one is worn and has a couple of nicks where I dropped it once. My white one is in near mint condition.

The problem is ... with the US and EU regs effectively killing innovation, it's gonna be awfully hard for them to clone the Kayfun 6 and mini v4, since they're not ever gonna exist.

They (Chinese) may start (if there will be customer interest) make their own MTL tanks. China now is dominant in subohm tanks (Subtank, Serpent, etc.) It will be easy for them to move in any direction. I do not expect much more vaping innovation from Europe and US - those who are currently working there has artisan business model and sure they are loosing ground to China. And quality is rapidly improving in China.

Everything else I buy before 8/8 is going to be 100 mg/ml nic bottles and my favorite juice in large quantities. I'm not even sure I fear being able to get anything else at any time in the future than juice at this point. Between China, our own ingenuity (omg I spelled that right?!?)*, US based machine/glass shops, the fact that people are doing any and everything they want with random circuit boards these days... we'll be aight for hardware.

Still enjoying the thread though... and hey maybe bnrkwest will read this and someone else will get first dibs on the next sale

My white one has a few chips. I bought a white oil based sharpie and it touches it up nicely. So if the silicone wraps don't work out for you it's another option. They have the markers in a lot of colors too.

The chinese already came out with the kayfun mimi v3 plus. Svoemesto doesnt have a comparable 3.5 ml MTL tank. The v5 isnt quite as good for MTL, maybe the reducer (or some mesh)
will fix that. The v3 plus was a new development.
The chinese are definitely innovating.

That's the way I read it, but also read a few law suits are being filed.

Anyway expect to see more of this this BS all across the country. States are greedy, a lot of them sold bonds when they got the Tobacco settlement. Of course the money from the Tobacco settlements went to their general fund and then into the pockets of who funded their campaign. So they are out to kill vaping and keep people on Tobacco to protect the revenue stream.

That's what I've been saying about Big Tobacco's revenue stream. How can the FDA condone cigarettes and not vaping is beyond me. Beyond all of us! One thing I didn't learn; will the ban prohibit vapers to vape outside in designated smoking areas? Or is vaping outlawed completely. Since May I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on mods, tanks, coils, wire, cotton, etc. I even have duplicates. And, I have another $260 juice delivery on the way aside what I get from Zeus, Cosmic Fog, etc.

From what I've heard and read, there are SEVERAL lawsuits, pretty big ones too.

So, lights out on all liquids and equipment on 8/8? I haven't been fully versed as I should be on this. I only know that I'm ordering at the speed of light on everything - except DIY; which, I should be studying daily by now. And, then order the supplies, nic and bases.

I would... get your nic base. Right about now. Because all the stuff you purchased, won't be too useful without something to vape in it. Everything else is a point of view, but looking into my crystal ball, 100mg/ml nic is *never again* going to be this cheap and this available. And right now, there's a lot of people waking up and realizing they have 5 minutes left to order nicotine, so it'd be a great idea to get that one thing taken care of immediately, prior to spending a few thousand more on hardware ;-)

I might add to check with the vendors website on their shipping times. If you order and find you have to wait three weeks, then consider ordering from another vendor also. Split the amount up between multiple places if needed, so you are not left out before time runs out. Just my 2pennies.

Someone correct me if I'm misinformed but as I understand it, the Chinese aren't bound by the same restrictions as SvoëMesto in regard to tank size. Everything coming out from that side of the world is under 3ml.
