I really doubt anything from China will be an issue. fasttech, Gearbeast, eFun.top do not care what laws the US has, there's no consequence for them to keep sending packages into the US. A few may get intercepted, but the all-knowing, all-seeing police state is still a ways off; the FDA can pass whatever regulations it wants, but it lacks infinite money and manpower to enforce any of this. fasttech sells 50 tons of electronic crap unrelated to e-cigs and they're gonna do what, open every single package or train mod & atty sniffing dogs? It's just not tenable to enforce any of their nonsense.Since I travel internationally (Asia, etc) - I kind of wonder if we will be allowed to bring them back through customs...
The problem is ... with the US and EU regs effectively killing innovation, it's gonna be awfully hard for them to clone the Kayfun 6 and mini v4, since they're not ever gonna exist.
