Most will use 2 Separate Atomizers. Because yes, if I Switch flavors in the Same wick/coil, the New flavor will come thru Very Quickly.

This Isn't always a bad thing. Like say I go from Strawberry to Watermelon. I end up with a Strawberry/Watermelon blend which might be Very Nice.

But going from something like Butterscotch Cheesecake to Mango might Not be all that great.

I ordered all fruit flavors so hopefully they will blend ok until I can get more equipment. He gave me two of the kanger mix minis but the atomizer was broken on one of them, and I think that’s an important part!

I’m looking into a smaller pen type refillable device so I can have two on hand, sounds like I need some more atomizers as well. Luckily prices seem pretty reasonable so far.

Fruit Flavors are by far the Easiest to Blend. And there aren't too many that Clash with each other. At least for Me.

I'm Not a huge fan of Pen style devices. I tend to point people towards a Variable Wattage (VW) device and a Coil-Head type tank when they are new. But everyone is Different. And you have to try things to see what You like Best.

The Key is to just get past the 1st Three Weeks or so without Smoking. And whatever does that for someone is all that Matters.

:)

Hey no problem jtbje.

I've gotten a Ton of Help here on the ECF over the years. Seems only right to pass some along to someone who is New to e-Cigarettes.

Everytime you feel like lighting up, vape like theres no tomorrow instead. You will quit cigs and after a while they will smell and taste so bad that you wont want another. Welcome aboard.
That’s my plan! I’m sure I’ll have questions along the way, so I’ll be posting often :) thank you for the welcome!

BTW, you may enjoy reading this thread.

Does vaping help you stop smoking?

Good luck! And don't worry too much about dual use. If you feel like you absolutely have to have a cig or you'll go nuts, have one. Many of us double used for a long time. The main thing is to keep vaping, no matter what.

I’m still a little timid because this kangerbox spits and gurgles but I’m sure I’ll get use to it. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Should not have excess liquid, not a good vape but correctable.there are a few ways to correct, one would be to use a q tip and swab excess.will be alot easier then pronouncing jtbje.

It shouldn't do that. Could you tell us which Kanger box mod you have? There are several models on the market. We need to know what atomizer it comes with. Mini subtank? Toptank? If you can identify it, I suggest you watch some YouTube videos--best way to learn how to properly use your gear!

It’s a Kanger Box mini, I think it’s older because he switched to a sqonker type and had these as extras. He gave me 2, a white and black one, but he broke the atomizer on one of them.

Those atomizers are replaceable. From the size of the holes that show in the picture (of the atomizer) it looks like one that can be rebuilt. To try and stop the gurgling, take the tank off the mod. Place a tissue around the air holes at the base of the tank and gently blow through the drip tip(top of tank). This should help to clear up the gurgling. Also the wattage should be adjustable. Take it up 1 or 2 watts and see if that helps get rid of spit back. Let us know.

BTW --Welcome to ecf.

Where the wattage is set should be determined by the wire that it is the atomizer. Did your friend tell you anything at all about how he/she build it and what was used? Also, when you look at the holes in the side of the atomizer do you see cotton? Looking at your pictures I see a lot of liquid on the base around the airhole. Should not be any.

Kanger also makes a stock coil(one you don't rebuild) that maybe you should get while learning about the one you already have? Those you would just fill and refill but don't have to worry about building it when it needs changed.

Can you tell me where the wattage is set now before adjustments?

:)

Right now it’s at 26.9W
0.0V
0.5 ohms

And the coil is made with 26g ss wire wrapped 6 times, not five (apparently this was important lol) and organic cotton. And yes you can see the cotton from the little holes on the sides.

It leaks around the slider vent thing on the bottom too, not sure if that’s important. Do you think I overfilled it?
