I need help...I've been vaping a month and when I stated it I loved it..Loved it,,,,now it seems to be less than satisfying. I'm using a Kgo but the juices don't seem that great. I thought of ordering a provari so I'd have a reliable unit....but the desire for vaping is waning. Maybe its because I need a better unit. I'm afraid. When I smoked I coughed horendously and didn't feel good at all...but what is wrong. Do you think the better unit would make a difference.

I have be honest, once I realized how really bad I smelled, that was a huge motivation to me.

I knew smoking didn't smell great and I was bugged by the "I smell cigs" comments. Once I realized what I actually smelled like, the desire to not smell like that again overwhelmed my desire to smoke.

Vaping makes smoking that best chance most of us will ever have to quit. Stick with it. It's the addiction calling your name. It'll pass.

I still get cigarette cravings nine months after smoking my last cigarette. A quick vape takes care of that.

The KGO can provide a lot of good vapor. I've been using a 3.7V E-Power 14650 (same as KGO in performance) for over a year and never needed an upgrade. I'm using 1.7 or 2.0 ohm LR cartos. A Provari isn't going to produce that much more vapor but it does have the ability to provide more than the maximum of about 8 watts you can get from the KGO or E-Power 14650. A minority of vapers prefer more than 8 watts.

I say up your nicotine every now and then. Keep buying samples of flavors. A lot of them aren't as good as they sound. I will recommend Any thing that sounds good to you from Vapelicious. Call him around 6:00 pm Eastern time ( not VapALicious) if you want help choosing. WTA is part of it but you don't have to ad that. He is good at flavors and throat hit. I don't usually post about him because I am selfish about getting some from him and I don't want him to get too busy but since ya posted and had a terrible cough from smoking sounds like its best to stick with vaping until it works better for you.

That's good advice. Ill share this with, this is just what I dealt with. I had that same wistful, longing for a cigarette after vaping for awhile. I couldn't get it out of my head that I really wanted a cigarette. So I got one, I was sure it was going to be a reunion with a long lost friend. It wasn't. Interstingly enough with my new taste buds;), I reslized what I probably knew, cigarettes don't taste very good. That one was all it took to re-appreciate vaping. It tastes better, I feel better, it is just plain better. Haven't looked back since. Don't make yourself crazy over it, in the end its all about the cigarettes you don't smoke.
As for the better unit, my personal opinion is if its not a burden to you financially, then go for it. The provari was the corner turned for me. Having said that there are other, less expensive units that do a pretty outstanding job also. You know your budget best, I think a rock solid device contributes to my peace of mind. Either that or plenty of backups, however you choose to go. There was definitely a hump to get over for me too after I had been vaping a bit, you really can make it work if you want to. I would guess I have smoked 3-4 cigarettes in the past 7-8 months vs. the 40 a day I was chewing down. I choose to focus on the 5300 or so I haven't smoked, and call it a huge win . Best of luck to you, vape on :)

I would have thought it was a solid majority, at least for those who have tried it.
And for those that don't focus on fruit flavored vapes.

I think a poll may be in order here.
:)
You may be right. But I'm amazed at the number of VV users who don't know what wattage they are vaping. When they find out most of them are still vaping from 6 to 8 watts.

Thank you....this blows my mind...but no juices taste that good anymore and the TH I get is ok...Dont want to smoke but as someone said its my addition calling me. I have no smokes at the house so that is good. I have to vape now.
Most vapers are going to change flavors about a month to six weeks after they quit smoking. That's when their sense of taste begins to recover. The juices that they started with just don't taste the same.

20 days analog free here. I'm going thru it too. Try a fresh atomizer and fight thru the urge to smoke. If your atomizer is shot, any and all juices will taste pretty much the same, like ........

Good Luck and hang in there with me!

I had that exact same thing at around 3 weeks- month.

Nothing tasted good, it seemed like a pain in the .... and everything got on my nerves. Just hang in there. Try a higher nic juice for those times. It does seem to go away. Don't go on any major buying sprees. Most of the the liquids you end up with when you're in that phase end up in a drawer. At least that's how it was for me. Maybe just up the nicotine.

Sounds like you are going through the dead taste bud stage.
If so, drink more water... lots more.

I will say the quality of juice really makes a difference as does the delivery method. Using a provari may not be the answer. I have a Provari and love it. There are a lot of different devices, cartomizers, atomizers, etc that may help but also buying from quality people with flavors you will like definitely wins every time. My wife vapes and has for a year and a half on an ego (granted its an ego twist which is Variable Voltage) but I tend to buy juice from people I like and trust. Personally I like the people at L Js E-Smokes, Electronic Cigarettes as they have helped me with questions and have great customer service. Plus their signature juices are awesome! Find a good flavor and the right nic level and you will love vaping.

If you have questions feel free to come onto Fb. my name is manofkpvapes on there and I would be happy to help.
