Hi all. First post but I first started reading this forum a few years ago. First foray into vaping was a crappy ecig that looked like a real cigarette. Within a few minutes I realised it was no good. Then got the eGo which was enough to help me quit smoking for about 6 months but, and let's be honest, was still pretty crap. So, a couple of years down the track and I wander back and see the changes that have been happening while I've been away - and I have to say,
I was immediately impressed.
I was all set to order an iStick but at the last moment I came across the eGrip. And I gotta say, it was a 'wow' moment. It was seemingly everything I'd been looking for. Tonnes of vapour, a battery that lasts all day and, possibly best of all, it's tiny. Truly portable. So I ordered one and picked it up this arvo, and so far it still seems to be everything I'd hoped it would. And it's a classy piece of kit - very solid.
So I got it home a few hours ago and had to fill it with the only juice I could find, e-....... Yep, you read that right, lol (Hey, I was curious!). Anyway, the stuff tastes pretty nasty, and I'm sure that any active ingredients had died long ago, but it was all that I had. And I was desperate to give this thing a go. And the egrip vaped it like a champ! Never had I had an experience with an ecig like this.
On the way home after picking up the egrip I stopped at the supermarket and grabbed some vg and a few natural flavourings. I'm glad I did because even though the remaining juice I had seemed to fill the tank to halfway, it was gone pretty soon. So now I'm vaping a mix of rum and vanilla, which I have to say is pretty good, but I immediately noticed the lack of nicotine and am feeling far less satisfied. More juice is on the way though, and I may have some smokes in the meantime, but I couldn't be happier. Also, I ordered the RBA and other supplies, after seeing its great reviews.
Anyway, really glad to be a part of this great place - finally - and over the moon about the egrip. As I've read before, this thing is truly a game-changer. I can't wait to see how it goes with the RBA. And IMHO, this style is the future of vaping. No tinkering, no modding, no adjusting - just pick it up and suck.
