Only been vaping for a little over a week, looking for help

It took me a long time to quit completely, a couple of months actually. Everybody's different. For me, while tobacco flavors satisfy the craving for most people starting out for me they actually made it worse. It's like my brain knew I was trying to trick it and was having none of it! Once I made the switch to flavors that taste nothing like tobacco, it took me about a week to go from absolutely craving those 2-3 a day to anything tobacco making me feel sick to my stomach. Go figure.

I second, third and fourth everything about needing a backup. I use a pair of 1300mah vision spinners with a collection of 4 evods and 3 mini protanks. I started with an evod starter kit and I still use it for backup and something small and pocketable to take out running around. Never throw anything away after upgrading until and unless you're good and sure it's dead.

You'll find the key that works for you. Just vape on, keep trying and be good to yourself!

Thanks, that all sounds like good advice. I've wondered if getting away from the tobacco flavors would make things easier for me, trouble is I haven't found anything else that I really like. All of the fruity stuff I tried just seems kind of gross.

I would suggest taking the risk and going online to a reputable wholesale store, like electronicstix.com and ordering some juices from there. This company has there stuff together and is sourcing quality juices. There are ALOT of BS companies out there peddling garbage.

I have an eGo type battery and decided to get a backup... Definitely a good plan for me since I am very forgetful and don't want to get caught with a dead battery and have to smoke an analog. I always have the backup battery on me. When one dies, I swap it out for the full charged one, and charge the dead one.

I also keep an extra bottle of e juice at the office in case I forget my normal stuff at home.

Anything to stay off analogs!!
