It took me a long time to quit completely, a couple of months actually. Everybody's different. For me, while tobacco flavors satisfy the craving for most people starting out for me they actually made it worse. It's like my brain knew I was trying to trick it and was having none of it! Once I made the switch to flavors that taste nothing like tobacco, it took me about a week to go from absolutely craving those 2-3 a day to anything tobacco making me feel sick to my stomach. Go figure.
I second, third and fourth everything about needing a backup. I use a pair of 1300mah vision spinners with a collection of 4 evods and 3 mini protanks. I started with an evod starter kit and I still use it for backup and something small and pocketable to take out running around. Never throw anything away after upgrading until and unless you're good and sure it's dead.
You'll find the key that works for you. Just vape on, keep trying and be good to yourself!
Thanks, that all sounds like good advice. I've wondered if getting away from the tobacco flavors would make things easier for me, trouble is I haven't found anything else that I really like. All of the fruity stuff I tried just seems kind of gross.
