Opus website?

recently the fan on my opus bt-c3100 charger has stopped working. I contacted the people I bought it from but if that fails, which it probably will, does anybody know what Opus's website is or a way to contact them? I search google but I cant find anything.

I ordered a BT-3100 from Gearbest and along with it I ordered an extra fan... 8 Tray Dehydrators Fan Replacemen Suitable for Opus BT - C3100 V2.1 / V2.2 Battery Charger. Not sure if that helps but if you have no other way out then at least you can give it a try. The fan was only $1.84.
