I sent an email, but not a PM. I will be patient though. I just really prefer to handle situations such as these over the phone or in person (which isn't possible since I'm in GA). It's just that it's my first order from there and I have no previous experience which to base this on. I see that they have a very reputable standing among the ECF community, so I'm sure it was just an oversight on their part. I'm confident he will get this rectified.

Rob emailed me and said that he put them in the batt box I ordered. I thought it felt kind of heavy when I pulled it out, but didn't check......I'm sorry!!!! GoodProphets should be renamed...to GREATProphets!!!
No complaints here (now that I realize I'm a dumb ..... LOL) More than fair prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service!!
