I sent an email, but not a PM. I will be patient though. I just really prefer to handle situations such as these over the phone or in person (which isn't possible since I'm in GA). It's just that it's my first order from there and I have no previous experience which to base this on. I see that they have a very reputable standing among the ECF community, so I'm sure it was just an oversight on their part. I'm confident he will get this rectified. :D Thanks!!

I'm ......ed! :facepalm: Rob emailed me and said that he put them in the batt box I ordered. I thought it felt kind of heavy when I pulled it out, but didn't check......I'm sorry!!!! GoodProphets should be renamed...to GREATProphets!!! :D No complaints here (now that I realize I'm a dumb ..... LOL) More than fair prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service!!

I put in my first order with GP and it arrived lickety split! One product's quality went a bit sideways (no reflection on GP) and Rob made it stop hurting pronto! I've just put in my second order (my first foray into DIY! :w00t:) with GP and plan to continue doing so in the future! Awesome prices, great selection, FANTASTIC service... all around outstanding!

ego battery, defective out of the pack *its constantly on without pressing the button which does not light up.I smelled burning plastic and noticed it melted the bottom innards of my clearomizer but I did not notice until I went to take a puff and burned my hand because the entire battery was scalding hot I tried another clearomizer on my old ego and It tried leaked on a painting I was working on. I know its not your personal fault but Ive had quite a few defective things from you. You should definitely check into the quality control of your items you stock. The "sometimes sometimes you get a good one, sometimes you dont" aspect of your stock from my experiences is getting really frustrating. but please keep in mind I am not critisizing you Rob, just that its just frustrating me with the amount of defective items Ive gotten from you, but youy as a person... I would have to say awesome, amazing, and kind hearted!

Thanks for the great customer service, and fixing a problem that was not your fault and out of your control. The way you handled my situation was not demanded, nor expected, and it is for that reason that I will make sure to use you again many times in the future!! Thanks for making a newbie a happy and repeat customer!

Received my 3rd GP order yesterday. As usual it was quick and well prepared. The replacement ego mega atomizer still doesn't fit my ego. Luckily I purchased the 510-510 connection Rob suggested and that solved the problem. Looks stupid as hell, but it works-that's the most important thing. I also picked up the joye 510 passthrough and 79 cent drip tips. Man this thing is lovely! Granted it's my first PT so I have nothing to compare it to-but it just works amazing. I am loving sitting here testing my flavors, getting great vapor and not having to worry about a battery dieing or a cartridge drying. A+ to Rob and GP!

Thanks for the explanations on my goods. Supporting their products is the sign of a true professional and GP was exceptional. My order shipped fast and I am close so I got it really quick and they even tossed in some extras!

The cartos I got (the ones on sale) are the fantastic. I usually can not stand the flavor of carto's that have the filler, but these are really great. Excellent flavor and vapor and a steal at the price! I couldn't be happier with the goods and the service from the GP team. I will definately order from GP without hesitation.

Got my order yesterday and I could not be happier! :D

The GP901 is vaping awesome. Great vapor, flavor, throat hit and was all for the great value of 19.99. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the attys did not come with the "Mini Cigarette" lettering on them as shown on the website picture. I'll be honest, was not a fan of that and intended on rubbing that off anyway. XD

I have only opened one of my CE2's so far and it has this teeny little crack at the battery connector, but it's not leaking or anything... yet. I'll be stopping at the store for some 20ml syringes and try to make it a tank mod later. So far tho, you can't beat the flavor and vapor on those things. LOVE THEM.

The 555 100% VG juice I got... I ordered that because I wanted a tobacco flavor and it was easily one of the highest ranked along with Camel (which was not available). When I fired it at first I thought maybe it needed steeping or something... was not a fan, but then it strangely started growing on me. After a few hours yesterday I could just not put it down. It was the weirdest thing. In a good way tho, since most of my other juices are nearly gone and the 30ml I got of the 555 will have to be my main vape very soon, so two thumbs up. d o_O b

Just want to mention one quick thing about the 901 to 808 adapters. USE THEM EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT USING 808 CARTOS!! They work just fine with the standard 901 attys, seem to improve air flow a little and, most importantly, they class up the PV with a nice, shiny silver band between the battery and the atty, and for some reason, I just love that very much. XD
