Hi Rob,

Been meaning to post a comment of the order I received a couple of weeks ago from you. I received my Free 30 mL bottle of juice for being a 1st time customer - the Winston 18 mg and it is my NEW FAVE! Some say it is not sweet at all, but I say it does have a little bit of sweetness but a very close "tobacco" flavor, very very good! Has been my go-to besides my #1 favorite, which would be the RY3 (from you)! The RY3 was in your "new/limited flavors" section. PLEASE keep stocking this juice! It is so good and the only place I can get 30mL or 50 mL bottles of it. Thanks for everything, and will be ordering from you again! Hopefully you will be able to do PP or CC again for payment soon, but otherwise, awesome!!!

I was afraid having to snail mail a check to Rob would mean my order would take forever to arrive. Was I ever wrong, sent the check Thursday and could not believe that the package arrived here in south Louisiana Monday. Not only fast service, but the best deals you will find anywhere....and even a little lagniappe (something extra) included.

I am definately surprised by the R3, to me it tastes like the buttered popcorn jelly belly jelly beans. Please tell me you are going to keep it in stock! I love it!

Actually, I am going out of my normal flavs, and started using R3 for my
empty 808 Carto fills. It is a nice flavor for everyday vaping!

But this last time I've been even more impressed then before (And that's saying a lot) I placed an order for the black Friday sale (and the sale was great!) I got my order on Monday. There was one small item missing in my order. I sent him an email and got a prompt response and rob got it sent out on Tuesday with a surprise in there for me. Can't wait to see what it is!

I just thought I'd be another example of how rob takes care of us :D

Seems the postal carriers get confused sometimes. I checked the status of my order because I knew it should have been here today. This is what I saw.


Status: Missent

Too funny. Akron is only 30 minutes away. I could have drove there and back by now. Stupid post office. :D

Well Rob, what can I say. I emailed a situation to you and you replied about an hour later with a suggested possible fix and replacement offer if needed. Now that is some good service. I almost felt bad complaining since the original price was so good. If anyone is undecided about ordering from Rob, I say go ahead and order. Good prices, fast shipping, personalized service and follow up service. What more can you ask for. Rob, You got it goin on partner. Thanks again.

PS. The fix worked like a champ.:cool:
