Just got my Joye eGo-Maniac starter kit, in the mail, and the product AND customer service is phenomenal!
They upgraded my order to First Class Shipping and included a 510 atty at no cost to me. i will definitely order from GP again!

OMG!!!! Amazing customer service!!! Ordered some boge 3ohm cartos. First off incredible price!! Second, did you hand deliver these with a rocket? No sooner did I order these and they were in my mailbox! Excellent service and a new customer! Thank you!

hi- I sent you an email on your site on Friday and have not gotten a response. One of the attys I got was DOA
I dont think anyone ships as fast as Rob does. Every time I order something it gets here in 2 days. Granted Im only a few states away but really how much longer could it take to the west coast? Maybe 4 days? Thanks again Rob!!!

Once again great customer service. Rob is always willing to try to accommodate special requests. GP was the first place I ever ordered from and the only one of the original few that I still order from.

Hello Rob, I ordered a bottle of 36mg VG Nic and a bottle of PG from you. Awesome prices and very fast shipping. The only problem I had was there was leakage from one or both of the bottles. They had flip top lids, but both were closed securely. I took them out and washed them off. Because your business cards were in the baggy with the juice, they were ruined. I wouldn't put them in there with the juice bottles anymore. The juice loss was very minimal. Nothing that I seek compensation for.

Thank You Rob! You rock. I asked Rob to send me an invoice to my email so I can make a payment through PayPal. I wasn't home till the evening, so when I came back home I checked my email. I saw email from Rob request payment from PayPal, and another email that my order was shipped with my tracking no. I didn't even send the payment yet, and Rob had already packed my package. What great customer service!
