Got my order yesterday, ordered blank white carto's got black.

I appologize for this mistake, but I put black empty cartos in your order for one reason...At the time of your order, the black were out of stock..
at time of shipment, I had some instock, and along with your order, I had assumed that you would rather have the black.



Also got a 30ml bottle of 555 box says 18mg bottle says 24mg any idea which one it is?

If the bottle says 24mg, that is probably what it is.
I can offer you a refund. You can keep the bottle or toss, your preference.

Everything was great although I don't care for the french pipe smells and taste like a bottle of perfume.

I normally do not offer refunds or exchanges for liquid, but for this, I am willing to offer a refund,.

Thanks for the offer Rob but I wasn't complaining. Just stating how the order went. You did ask for feed back on the OP :) Reading my post again it does seem a bit harsh.

The 555 was free, just wondered if you knew which one it was trying to cut back on my nic at night.

Is this normal for French Pipe? First time I tried it. If that is normal it's just not for me. No refund needed, main reason I ordered the smallest bottle you have.

Thank you for a great first order. My cartomizers and adapters arrived quickly and are working fine. Just need to remind myself not to order Marlobro! LOL The clip you included in your business cards was perfect for removing the top of a cartomizer. It is the little things like that, that will keep me conming back

Hey my order was almost PERFECT! And on top of that I received everything in -2 days- flat! Impressive, I must say, and awesome prices to boot, we will be doing business again in the future. Well maybe not for pre-filled cartos though, see below.

Only complaint I could have is that the one 5-pk of tobacco 24-mg cartos i ordered, 2 of the 5 so far don't work at all, i mean at ALL, no heat no power nothing, :mad: and one was so weak no matter what was tried I tossed it after awhile as it was struggling to even heat up slightly. The others and the full pack of blank cartos work like a charm though!

I've had a good experience with GP. Prices are reasonable, special offers are realy nice.

Got a 30ml bottle of juice for free as a new customer.

I ordered the Caramel, but its mislabeled and is realy Pina Colada. Thats not a flavor that I'd normaly have chosen but I'm very happy with it.

Both of the adapters that I ordered for my Joye 510 work flawlessly, giving me an amazing selection of options, so many in fact I had to start a thread specificaly to list them.
