The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We can not be held responsible for any international orders being held in customs, lost or inaccurate tracking.

We/I have seen many people get upset over a lost shipment because of current regulations in Canada. I understand these frustrations and anger. That being said, how many review the terms of service on vendors sites, or do you just buy and hope for the best.

The aforementioned disclaimer is quite clear. Now I know it is not something I/we want to see, but folks please read the fine print.

Anything purchased outside Canada is a crap shoot. Now roll with the punches!

Edit:Many sites have a terms of service as part of their check out. How many actually read them? Just sayin...

It's one of the main reasons I keep my juice orders separate from my hardware orders. If they nab anything, it will be the nic juice. No reason to stop hardware coming in. Lost in the mail, can't help it. ..... happens, life goes on. All you can do is hope for a sympathetic vendor.

some vendors are better than others at getting stuff through customs though. i just got a package today that made me laugh at how it was packaged...i dont want to get into details that can put this vendor at risk but i dont think theres a chance this package would of been confiscated. it pays to email or call the vendor before ordering and ask them how they deal with canadian orders.

Good point Switched. I've been lucky so far but I know my day will come. It is a crap shoot and we can't hold the vendors responsible. I'm just glad that there are still a bunch of great vendors that will ship to us.

Yup! I have been fortunate as well. I am not insensitive I'd be POed as well. OTOH many refuse to ship to Canada, let's not alienate those who do.
