Anyone here know how you are supposed to change the center pin in these? I see no screw driver slots, or any way to use a hex wrench to screw it out, and screw another in.

Do you have a Picture of yours? Or a Picture of it where you Bought it?
Going by the pic, there should be a hex key slot there. I guess they forgot to do that on mine on both the bf pin and the other one.
So your 510 Pin doesn't look like this?
If so, I wonder how they Screwed the 510 Pin at the Factory?

Maybe on the brass center pin I can tap a hex wrench in and get a bite, the ss bf pin, don't know what I'll do. If the other two I ordered are right, I won't have to worry about it.

Mine have a hex - Clone on the right, came from 3F or Focal - I got it when it was the first available clone and no longer sure which one it is from all the options I'm afraid... One on the left is authentic.
You could File a Slot in the pin using one of these Needle Files.

They are just Plain Handy to have around for All Kinds of things.
I found out that the ss bf pin does have a hex, I can feel a 1.5mm bit catching in there, but it's too small, and a 2.0mm is too big. Are there any hex wrench sizes in between? In the brass pin, is definately just a round hole.
They have figured out a way to accept Paypal again,they did a name change haha.If you go to Focal,it's still no paypal,but go to their new website,Hotecig.com and they have paypal working on there.Yea I just tried it again, Still no PayPal
They need to get this fixed, they are loosing business.
I really love the beauty ring, and a good price, but without the PayPal option, I don't disagree on not ordering from them.
Just be advised though,they are really getting slow,i placed my order for the beauty ring,and a couple Griffin bases on 11/10,here it is 11/25 and they still haven't even shipped my order yet.Everything said said ships in 3-7 days,but it's been a lot longer than that,i am not happy with them at all right now.
Your hex key is probably rounded off slightly. Best thing to do is get a hex driver to use. They are usually better quality than your standard hex key...
