Welcome it's a great device I don't see enough talk about it for as good as it vapes!

What do we think will be in the v3. that adjustable air flow control? VV? Doubt it will be all mech. What are you guys thoughts?

was messing around and built a 2/3 wrap of 30 guage kanthal on my orion. I dont have a multimete to measure it but is it safe to vape it on the orion?

It's hard recommending 2 wraps but there are a lot of people who do it.. If u had a meter and it came in at .05 would u still vape it? If the answer is Probably then meter wouldn't do anything to save your teeth anyhow!! Except know where u were at when the battery failed! lol just be careful.

What Ohms you running in 350 mode? I really need to invest in a multi....
I just did a dual wick 400 mesh with 32 g Kant at 2/3 wrap in 350... no way of knowing ohms tho..
Battery explosion possible?

aw imr 350s are good up to 6 amps, but i would imagine you're close to .7ohms on that dual coil maybe lower. getting close to that limit. grab a multimeter just to be safe bud
I read elsewhere that they are good for more than that. I run 350s in my jugg with a 0.5 ohm dual coil (two 1ohm coils) with no problems.

Polished the Orion today. Prep for the arrival of the sotong shield and 18500 tube that I will polish too when it gets here.

aw imr 18350s do have a maximum continuous discharge rate of 6A. not saying you cant do more but that's what they're rated for.
ps love the polished orion and i have a sotong shield coming too looks awesome

I like it Cracked... however, I want something that isn't a print magnet... matte. I thought of redoing mine with a bead blaster. Not that it needs it or anything, it's a tool, that gets used, so not hung up on its looks.
Polished the Orion today. Prep for the arrival of the sotong shield and 18500 tube that I will polish too when it gets here.

Love the Chrome finish!
Though I don't mind wiping it down here and there and finger prints do not trigger my OCD, I wasn't really about polishing it. But, I have seen the sotong shield and batt tube in person and unfinished. They don't match what-so-ever. So when it does arrive, it will be polished to match and then I MAY apply a new finish to the entire setup for a seamless match. I was thinking about doing a satin finish with another compound and the bench wheel.
By the way, it looks like I will be able to get a V2 vaper since I got my hands on a V1!
