thanks emonty.

question for the experts. I am getting muted flavor with one of mine and have checked all the usual things. I am not sure how to proceed.

I read that some of you have had problems with the screw above the spring not being tightened enough. How far do you tighten this down?

any other hints would be appreciated.

btw, the switch on that one seems to be firing intermittently as well now.

It's recommended to have a couple threads showing on the top nut; think I have more. Your switch sounds like it has juice in it... if so it'll probably get worse before better. You maybe should take it apart and inspect the switch; may be able to save it w/ an alcohol bath and adding some extra insurance.

that is kind of what I figured. Luckily I spent one night taking one apart (took about three hours :)) so I know how to do it now. :)

BTW, I've been using my Provari since getting my Orion... for a battery level checker that is...lol

Don't get me wrong, love the 'vari for regulated voltage, nicely made, will keep it, but the Orion is my fav by far.

You're not the only one Turbo!!! I do the same thing with my Provari Mini. :D

I don't understand. How do make such a massive amount of vapor without making ......ed faces? :D lol

Great video btw.

-sent from my AYS

It's not a review, it's more of a demonstration video. I don't think you're obligated to act like the vapor is trying to escape your body violently unless it's actually a review of something.

I actually noticed that on the Orion the airhole is much higher then on my hellfire's. On those the airhole is almost at the level of the bottom coil. Both units work great and don't find any difference noticeable for having the hole higher or lower. as long as it is lined up with the wick and it is at some level of any of the coils it works like a champ....

Hey guys, I'm highly considering boring out my air hole in the next day or two, do you guys have any suggestions? Do you find that it leaks liquid much more easily after making the hole bigger? What size would you guys recommend boring it to first? Sorry for the direct questions, I'm just really torn as to whether or not I want to take a power tool to this beauty of a hybrid . Hurgh, TIA!

Try the 10ml bottle trick posted here to see what bore you Will be happy with first. I'd vape it for a day or 2 before making each change and if you got em, a bottle per size so you can try them all at one time. Thought I liked the enlarged hole till one day I vaped back & forth. Showed me I prefer stock. IMO more air = less flavor.

Dannation, I actually don't recommend boring out the hole and suggest doing as tierrataz recommends. I find I like the draw better the way it is. I have vaped a few genisis atomizers with larger air holes, and don't care for them as much. You can get a lot of vapor with the smaller air hole, it just needs to line up to the wick and the setup needs to be spot on. I have gotten consistently just as much vapor as a Zen on a Line and an Orion, unmodded, using VG, as that is what I vape.
