People have been modifying the posts with different screws and such. I have seen one and the other. I am thinking about doing both and was hoping for a list of all that was needed to do both.

ah ok got ya! all I know is that the DID brass nuts where used for the positive pole and or m2 size nuts stacked on top of each other. For the negative screw, I think just the same as is there now but longer and an extra nut, this to raise the coil more.
Sorry can't be of more help then that, I am sure somebody will chime in.

could it be the smaller topcap chamber @JollyRogers? I tried using the vivi nova aluminum tank and top on the orion, lesser flavor for me.
Yes, I think it plays a large roll in the flavor department.

@Brian, I haven't tried a DID... and am waiting on the DID-mini to get here...

Reports of "punching TH" & "hot vape" scared me off the mini. Neither of which I am after.

Not the case at all tierrataz :) It vapes nice. I don't get a hot vape nor punching TH. I get a nice warm vape, and TH is more dependent on the liquid IMO. Maybe, that person (I don't know who that was) had a short? :) That'll give you a punch in the throat ;) The draw is somewhat tight, but I enjoy tight once in a while ;)

The did holds its own with flav to

+1 for the DID. It's replacing my v1.1a Orion as my backup Gen. Anyone with the Hellfire Mega (emonty/jolly) using the u-ey wick? Wondering if that makes any difference in flavor? Been trying to get a Mega, throwing out pretty much everything but my Orions to get one, but no luck. Got a mini on the way, so good to hear that its a great vape.

Wasn't the reason they went to a u'ey was the dreaded top hot spot and better wicking?

Running my mega single coil. It took about 10 minutes to sort it the first time but I'm Orion trained. wicking like a fiend, so I dont need a u. That top screw is a PITA. Ive now 5 different ga wire now to find my perfect coil.

JR, maybe a mini mega?

If you want to part with the mega, I have a mechanical Orion 1.1a up in the classies, and I know how much you like your v1s! LOL!

Not tried a u wick on my mega as it is a pain to set it up like that.

Hi everyone i hope i don’t sound to stupid but ive looked other places and cannot find the answer.. To take the tank window off the Orion 2.1 does it just pull of? Or does the top deck have to be screwed of or something before taking the window of? Because i don’t want to break mine and ive got the window to spin on the O-rings, but I’ve only been able to pull it up like 2mm? Thanks for any help!

To take your tank of: pull and rotate slowly at the same time...it will come off. When you put it back on put a few drops of eliquid on them and rub it in as that way it will slide back on easier and next time you take it off again it will be less difficult

The deck cannot be screwed off as it is one piece with the battery top tube
