Great chops there Rob... Did you do the backing track as well? Love the flow of it all. I wish I could do stuff like that. I will say as time goes by things have a tendency to slow down and become more focused...

I agree with your statement about Rob! I too, wish I had more musical talent and mechanical skills.

As for the last statement I only half agree. With age, things do seem to slow down but,,,they do not seem more focused to me. I need new glasses every year or two now that I am retired.

I was not referring to me slowing down, was referring to the music I am playing today as opposed to days past... 30yrs ago it was all about hard rock and metal, 20yrs ago was more classic rock, 10yrs ago was more blues influenced classic rock, and in the last few years basically classic rock and country influenced and for the first time "I" am focusing of the technique needed for those... For a lot of years I just winged it and thought it was good enough. I am my worst critic though...

If I made a couple of people smile then I'm happy too. I prefer rock, slow blues ain't so easy for me, but that little thing came into my head and so that was what came out. The Monkey Poo Brown Bomber juice helped a lot, I would have been lost without that, you can burn a cotton wick and squonk with the poo and instant recovery ;)

Just awesome Ian! I smiled all the way through that.
