I prefer to vape indoors in calm air simply because I'm a habitual ring blower.

I think you notice more vapor when the air is calm,,,,,,,hence the liking to vape inside better than outdoors. It's emotionally satisfying,,,,

we don't get those much down here in Tampa

the clouds of vape are not as big and burley outside. Even a tiny wind can disintegrate the vape. That's why its not as fun for me to vape outside.

I really don't see the difference yet. I started a month ago. I am sure I will be having to vape outside at some bars in Minneapolis this winter. Some places let you do it at the bar other bars don't. Just have to wait until it gets really cold I guess.

Cooler, drier air means less vapor production on exhale. It's not you. It's Physics.

I enjoy vaping both indoors and outdoors, but I really like that I don't have to try to light an analog with 40mph winds

Ha, this was my fear that I wouldn't like to vape while strolling around my garden, so not true, now I can actually smell the flowers that gently waft on the night breeze!

Reading this thread, it seems even more to me that 'rituals' are so much a part of 'smoking' and now, 'vaping'. I don't even think about vapor clouds so I've never even thought of a preference of indoor or outdoor vaping. For me, the experience is about the draw and inhale.
