I've seen seen e-juice concentrate for the diy, I don't know if they're any good. Can you mix various flavor together or is it (flavoring) something you you have to buy mixed?

You need
Nic...if you use nicotine, I'm guessing you do if ya run out to Asda lol
PG - Propylene Glycol
VG - Vegetable Glycerin

That is your base liquid, VG is thicker, which we use for sub ohm vaping, I vape a 30PG 70VG Mix

Then you add a percentage of flavor, maybe 10% up to 20% depending on your flavors.

Best place for Nic, PG and VG in the UK
Everything Liquid - EP/USP Liquid Nicotine, PG/VG, Flavouring
There Nic strength is 72mg

As for flavors, best place in the UK

That's great, man! Thanks sounds simple enough. Lol, I do need the nic, from average of 30mg daily to 3mg is a big step. At least I don't have any of the carbon and "sheet" in my system. Bad news in the uk for the vaping modders, though. Certain flavors will be banned and rda's and rta's, too. It's in effect now from May 2016 onwards. Sellers are allowed to sell anything they have in stock but after 1 year may 2017, it's over. Grrr... We can still fight against it, that's still an option for everyone who vapes worldwide. Until that happens it underground market.

Ahh, there is always a way, I have 15 litres of nic in the freezer, loads of diy juice, mods, tanks and rta's to last a lifetime, they ain't stopping me from vaping. I'm not too worried atm
We also might be coming out the EU which could change things ... I vote to come out for many reasons, enough is enough..

I'll be stashing up on some cool hard ware, this whole year. We can still buy unregulated mods, the legislation for the vaporizers is, they cannot have temp or wattage controls. So that means, box mods without any atomizers, wtf?! It gets stupider. I'll be getting some decent stuff for myself and clones and s*** for latecomers.
I don't have brains to participate, but I know I can get into the underground circles!

Research on DIY...its super easy. I have been vaping unflavored for a while now. Sometimes I will throw in some flavor but just enjoy just the crispness of unflavored.

Seconded - I've been on unflavoured 18 strength DIY e liquid for over a month now and absolutely love it - I'm using Greek Nicotine which has a pleasant, to me anyway, prickle.
