It's different if you buy used car as is then you have to accept a lost if it mess up a month or two later no matter what the cost..if they start selling use devices then there's gone be bigger issue.. no matter how much you spend or what you can afford..and even if you can or can't afford..saying if you was in your budget and brought a good device then it bring on concern if it mess up. cause you spent in your budget and still end up with a device that cost $100 and then seen that same device after you brought it at another store for $70..its still bothers you cause you in your budget.. and some lost are from quality over price when some have flaws. There was a Bach of cherry bombers that was bad and there was another box mod my friend had went through 3 times sent back to the store three times.. I believe it was the Jellyfish box mod. This where you depending on the warranty provided and hope it resolve..have anyone had a hard time with warranty???I cannot speak for other people but when I really want something, price be damned. My issue with VS as a company means I would never but anything else from them ever again. I wouldn't care if they were the last vendor standing.
There's a huge difference to me in what a throw-away item is.
Under $50 throw away.
Above $100 except the vendor to fix their flawed device & not use it as a means to gouge the customer!
Note 5!!!
Huh?It's different if you buy used car as is then you have to accept a lost no matter what the cost.. Than to buying brand new off the lot.. Money is money no matter how much you spend or what you can afford..and even if you can or afford and can't afford..saying if you was in your budget and brought a good device then it bring o concern cause you spent in your budget and still end up with a device that cost $100 and then after you brought it..seen in another store for $70..its still bothers you cause you in your budget..some Lost are different and some lost are from quality over price when some have flaws. There was a Bach of cherrybombers that was bad and there was another box mod my friend had went through 3 sent back three times..
So have I.
And I challenge anyone to find better in its class... At any price.
And all it is is a hunk of metal that holds a battery, bottle, atty and button. Fully mechanical.
Such a well thought out block of metal that people are tripping over themselves to wait 6 months in line to get it.
And some of our most talented modders on the forum are singing high praise.
Excellence of every single detail makes my unicorn worth every single penny and more.
And I've still spent several thousand dollars less on vaping than if I'd continued smoking.
Including completely supporting the vaping habits of my own and 5 other vapers on my own cigarette money.
I've earned my unicorn I cherish so much. I deserve it.
And I'm paying my bills, my mother's bills recently, donating to those less fortunate from time to time and nearing the $6,000 mark on Christmas for my 3 young children.
Is a discussion necessary?

I mean its understandable if there the same model but to different engine under the hood..but if there the same model with the same engine and same quality..why over price the device, you loose customers and reputation decreases as well as your credit as a retailer
Obviously so.....you gave me your whole life story so I suppose discussion is necessary. It's funny how so many people get SOOOO offended by what they read on a stupid Internet forum.
Just curious, how much does it weigh and how big is it if it can hold all that stuff? Vaping IS NOT a hobby for me, it is only a means to an end so to imagine spending 600 bucks on a chunk of metal is something I personally wouldn't dream of. However as long as your happy with it. That is TRUELY ALL that matters.

So what IS overpriced?

Less than 1 month for me.Perspective.
I smoked almost 2 packs a day.
Lol
$600 for a mod is like 3 months of smoking Marlboros.
The answer is obvious. You've worked too hard and have become too successful. As a result, you've amassed "to much money".Ask without the assumptive accusation and you may get an answer.

Just about every American Made Mod, most DNA40 devices, SX mini, sigelei 150TC and a couple others I will NOT mention...At least they are usually well built. So what IS overpriced?

But there are other, much better (sure, only for me) ways to spend these $600.Perspective.

A $600 mod is going to consist of a hand crafted collectors piece. Its a niche market. But a $150 to $200 mod is very reasonable if you are buying a DNA or ProVari and not a Hohm Wrecker or the price of the Snow Wolf when it released. But there are other, much better (sure, only for me) ways to spend these $600.
10 bottles of good bourbon.
2 trips to a nice restaurant.
New ring for my wife.
2400 packs or ramen noodles.
Why should I compare price of mod to cost of smoking? Smoking is in past, forgotten.
Let's live today.
