I've been contemplating rebuildables for a while now, but have never owned one. I've finally decided to jump in and give it a try so I pre-ordered a penelope. I'm hoping I enjoy it as much as folks who have already received theirs. At the same time, I'm hoping I don't love it so much that I regret not ordering several.

You won't be disappointed mate! I was in the same boat and thought rebuildables were just too much of a hassle but after using the Penelope and Ody I can't see myself ever going back. In fact I ordered another Penelope I've been so pleased!

When you get yours watch the how to videos and check the tips and tricks thread. You'll learn everything you need to know to get an awesome vape.

I have got my first Penelope in mail today.
First impression is good. There are just two details that bother me.
1/ The engraved tank has scratches that look like hairline cracks. I know they are not cracks, but I can feel their sharp edges with my fingernail. I will try to make some macro pics. I will try to polish them out probably, hopefully I will not void the warranty.
2/ The nut that holds the positive wire could not be screwed all the way. There was about 0.3 mm gap. I had to use a pair of pliers to "break in" the threading. It works OK now.

The wire has the resistance of 1.4 Ohm. My grip (Vmax) gives me error F1 (Short circuit). On eGo battery the Penelope works well.

The second issue is a known one and the way you fix it was the right one Karlos

The first issue is not common at all. You can use the waranty if you like but you have to send me the old body back. Waranty doesnt cover things like that but if its on a new product then I have to make things right. So do as you think better Karlos, I am always here to help:)

if you are familiar with this stuff then no reason to send it back to me karlos because of the delays and the expences. Please keep an eye to the logo while polishing but its too deep so it can handle it. Of course better to avoid polishing it. I say this because polishing with a machine is a hard prossedure for the logo either

Trust me, I've already watched the videos before ever deciding to try it. Everything seems straightforward enough, but I'm sure I'll be reviewing the videos several times before I get it.
