Got this message on the 17 track, the package cant even be tracked on singpost

I have read that hsa will call you, anyone know how long it takes for them to do that? And what should I do?

This is really unfortunate as I am leaving the country for good soon, I would've left if it wasnt for covid

Also, on the tracking page of S.F. Express it doesnt say that its held by customs, it only shows the second last entry. Anyone know what's going on?
