Paint flaking from atty

Had my kit about a week (standard 510), and in the first few days, the black paint started flaking from the cart side of both my attys, and now there are a couple scratches along the sides. Is this normal wear and tear or just a bad batch paintjob wise? Or was I just too rough on them by tossing the assembled PV's together in one pocket?

Got the kit from cignot.com, which from what I've heard around the forums is only genuine Joye products.

Powder coating is so much better

When the paint starts to flake, I scratch it off completely. That does result in a very nice stainless steel look. This one used to be a black T-Rex:

But powder coating is much better indeed.

Mine did the same and once they are all scratched up I take fine to med stainless steel wool pad and remove all the paint.

That's a sweet looking T-Rex for being a "Black" one. Must have took some time and some good ol' elbow grease to get her lookin that good! Nice work!
