So Paypal is still letting eBay continue to sell attys and cartos but not Rob? Or does anyone know for sure. If that's true, I wonder how would PP explain their hypocrisy?
They still are and as I said they are the same company....share the same building complex. I worked there when they moved departments from the Hamilton Ave to the North Campus on 1st Street.

Personally, I am okay with it. I had to jump thru hoops the other trying to pay for my order at reosmods. Couldn't complete it on my mobile as I use paypal's security code login. It left me with no choice but to borrow a laptop where I was at just to pay Rob. You still have my business Rob.
I'd hoped Paypal had finally gotten their mind right about vaping stuff. Oh, well--screw them.

yep. i wouldn't mind sending Robert a "retainer" to cover me for the next few years
i only use "virtual credit cards" when shopping online, not because i don't trust vendors, but because many CC processing companies have suspect security. my max per virtual CC # is limited to $1K. i spent 3 times that on the last woodvil sale night, so this change might cool my jets a tad, even if the website changes will allow "remembering" a CC number for multiple purchases...

Paypal is dirty anyways, I dont have a credit card though, gunna have to apply for some this weekend... i havent ordered much offline, until i started vaping, now that my im set up (with paypal :/) i have bought all kind of random neat stuff. I wish I would take the time to learn more about bit coins.....especially a couple years ago when the getting was good, maybe it's time.
I never have enough in my paypal account anyway and it takes 3 days to get there - so i pay paypal with a credit card (?). What a convoluted method of paying for anything!

I got scared and backed way off when the system asked if I kissed my mother with that mouth after my first tries.
in all honesty, its probably PP that stopped me buying more - it acted like a rationality guardian and more than one occasion I got that far with a full cart and the PP login was the moment of...."do I really need this".
