Does anyone here know if I can simultaneously charge up the PCC and a battery at the same time ??? If so, what will the indicator lights show?? Problem is my USB charger died several days ago - it has only been a little over three weeks old - and my PCC is now my only means for charging batteries right now.

I do it all the time. I get 2 red lights. One for the battery and one for the PCC.
The battery goes out the PCC turns green when it's done charging

You sure can.
The top LED (closest to the hinge) will turn red until the PCC batt is charged, then it will turn green.
The bottom LED will turn red until the e-cig battery is charged, then it will go out. It will flash red every few seconds.
