Imeo, I did not complain at all - sorry if you understood my posting that way. I just read that you made 5000 wires and everyone thinks its a lot. But it's actually not a lot when you divide it by the 2200 Penelope that you made. How is that complaining?
I will make my own wires and I guess I might even stay away from the premade ones so that other family member can buy my share.

But I never said that I will divide those wires with Penelope my friend Chris. The only I said is that I will send them to my sellers together with Penelope. These wires have to be purchased separate. I made them for people that cant make good wires or for people that dont like to make wires or for people that want to try those wires.

I am very much looking forward to the Penelope, in any case. It might even replace the ego style ecig I carry at work and I think that's exactly how you planned it.
As far as Proteus goes I am a bit sceptical about the small battery. But I trust you to find a working solution.

Penelope is a thin and small e-cig that includes almost all the features a GGTS-Ody includes (exept telescope and 4 in 1 connector), but its a VV device. So its the perfect e-cig for all situations. Its made not only to replace ego but to satisfy all people that need a thin and small e-cig but with all the nessesary features we need like air, liquid and voltage control. And of course a rebuildable atomizer.
A strong like a tank device with mechanical button that will never brake and no springs that lose power. With a small "telescope" to fit any 14500, invisible venting holes, an e-cig that you can assemble and disassemble very easy, an e-cig that you can replace its electronic part (even the electronics are removable, not only the tube that carries those electronics), an e-cig that can be transformed to mechanical and an e-cig that can accept every atomizer on it.
As you see its not an ego replacement only, its a full extra e-cig that everyone has to have in his armor

When I got my iAtty, I thought I'd go through 3+ coils before I got a working one. Ended up getting my first coil to work and has lasted 6 days of heavy vaping, so far and still going.
Maybe I just got lucky, but it seems like one of those things that looks a lot more difficult than it is, I think. The pre-made wires will be great for people starting out to get a feel for it, but part of the attraction of rebuildables is self-sufficiency and self-reliance. I like knowing that all I need to get a coil working are a few spare parts I can pick up down at the local electronics store.

thats true Appen. You were not lucky, you just did what you shaw on videos. Even a bad made wire will work nice. We just try to make wires as good as possible so we can have the best vape we can

Could you try making a dual coil wire (I forget who posted the video on it, but it works great) and see how it works on the P&P. Very curious when it comes to the new size and especially the VV aspect. Some VV devices don't like dual coils at all.
Its the amp draw that the VV devices like the provari v1 had problems with dual coil cartos, thats why they made a new chip for the V2. High amp draw normally means a short, so the electronic safety turns it off. I am sure Imeo has thought of this.
I can make coils in my sleep now lol. I watched Odysseus instructional by imeo for a period of three months before I got my hands on an ody. It was like I had done it already on my first try. Ocd episode there lol. If it makes it easier for the gg fam and helps get away from China attys, I'm all for it. The new 3mm wick should be interesting. Kinda stoked about that. The smallest detail like a wick intrigues me lol.
I only made one bad coil. I got my wires mixed up and it didn't work. Now I keep them labeled.
