Penelope sales

I tried to get more wire and wick from COV, but I can NEVER log on, EVER. The only time I've been able to log on was to order penelope. Is there any other way to get these? I'm afraid to try to build a wick because if I do it wrong, it will just sit there. Also, I have never received an answer from COV about the login issues either.

The amount of wick looks sufficient to me, although I wouldn't have a clue. I'm more worried about receiving only 1 wire. I've never done this and if I do it wrong, then it's all useless. I'm sorry to be so complaining, I'm exhausted after a week with no electricity during a heat wave. It's been a bad week.

Miss, you may want to order some R and NR wire so that you can rebuild yourself or order some premade from COV. 1 coil wont last terribly long. They are very easy to assemble.
