I didnt' even see any wick on COV, of course I can only actually log in 1 out of 4 days....that site hates me. I need to know what exactly to get wire/wick wise.
Hello smart Miss Emma!! I got all my stuff on eBay. Except for the wick I got at cov when it was in stock. But the more I read about safe wicks it seems like cotton is the safest for your lungs. I wish I could post the links but someone here surely will again if you ask. So exciting that we both are waiting on 2 new mods together. Yeeha!!

If you guys search back a few pages the links and actual sizes are there. I believe they intentionally are not giving up the trade secrets, because we can buy in bulk for 1/10th the cost.

You can't reserve a serial # any more from what I understand but you can buy Penelope's. From what I understand, and I could be wrong, there are P's available more than those reserved. So I think you are good.

I bought the one I reserved and then bought an Odyseus. Didn't want to buy one but with VIR coming out for GGTS it seems the way to go for a tank if you own a GGTS. You will have to buy a Proteus when they come out later for your Penelope if you don't have a TS to attach it to.
Anyway, from what I know you should be good.

Thanks black...Naw no GG mod at all...but I have been drooling at them for months, Never can get my hands on one unless I cash in these gold bars I have haha. Whats the scoop on the proteus, is there a thread with info. I heard there weren't any pics, is this true?

Proteus is VV mate for Penelope! Will be out later. But you can stick Penelope in anything like Provari if you have that I believe so you should be good if you a 510 device to accept her.
I still have not received email confirmation. Should I even be worrying about this? I don't want to say nothing then not receive my Penelope then everybody has it. Stock is out and I'm left without it. God I'd be so ......

I did however get one for the oddy i ordered yesterday....
now the question is when will they ship?? Site said 15th until yesterday when it was removed and now it says 7days....was really hoping for one early this week coming up as im on vacation and could play with it/perfect it and not have to worry about going to work lol..
work interfering with my vaping - uggh how dare it!

Hi. Go check the website and login to your account. You should see your order and a confirmed notice next to it. Mine shows that my order has been confirmed and I haven't seem an email yet either. I'm pretty sure if your order says confirmed then you are ok regardless of an email.

I wasn't going to as I like 18650 mods but had the cash burning a hole in my pocket and nothing GG I've bought so far has let me down in any way, so I pulled the trigger on a Penelope and will get the Proteus when they become available I figure it's not that hard to carry an extra batt or 2 + a 10ml glass vial of juice to work lol. Of course a brand new shiny GGTS is also in the cards next month

I did not find the wick "safe vs dangerous" thread to be helpful at all. Maybe IMEO could chime in on the silica wick with the information he has on it. IMHO cotton wick may end up burning up but that would depend on saturation, current, etc...
Thats unfortunate. There is a lot of great things happening there. Some folks are reporting results that are far greater than what can be achieved with Silica. They have worked out the ability to keep it from burning quite well. They are using cotton, and yarn, among other materials on every device that uses wicks from ce2s to Odys, and several of the "pros" are saying they will never touch Silica again.
EDIT: I just wanted it to be known that there are other options out there and some folks may like the idea that they are not stuck w Silica. Just my 2 cents thats all.
