OH, I forgot..coconut and caramel are REALLY good together..kind of like an almond joy if anyone is interested..yum! (but I got my caramel from Juicy Liquid)

I am thoroughly enjoying the coconut. I add EM to it though because I have such a sweet tooth. Matter of fact some of my creations have inspired my baking.

I made monkey bread & peanut butter pie yesterday, last week I made a blueberry coconut coffee cake :)

I usually use Loranns, but it's so hard to find the flavors I like in stores and Loranns shipping charges are outrageous. I just ordered cheesecake, chocolate, and cinnimon redhots from Perfumers Apprentice....great prices all around.

Let me know how the redhots is, it one of the flavors I'm planning on including in my next order.

Everyone that's tried it here says It tastes exactly like the real thing. Personally I love it and vape it most evenings.

I love the redhots and so does my husband, tastes just like the candy. Absolutely rocks! Next order is a 4oz size bottle lol
Also getting a big bottle of caramel, this is the only caramel that I've tried that is truly what I think caramel should taste like and isn't vanilla-ish or burnt tasting. I'm going to have a monstrous order next time I can see lmao
I saw this morning she added the 3 flavors I had mentioned here.. omg omg *happy dance*
And she added the Kona Coffee back ( yes I admit, I didn't like this one. I also tried some real Kona coffee afterwards and it's identical so it's spot on, just not my thing..bleh) but she is so right on how taste is so subjective.

All in all, I can say I'm very happy with PA's flavor's. So if Linda read's this... thank you , thank you for working so hard on these!

Try a 15% flavor with 90% Redhot & 10% EM (aka: cotton candy).

It's become one of my usual vapes.

As the regular cinnamon has for me, I tend to mix it with everything, still gotta try it with peanut butter tho (my other fav flavor)...But there are those days when you just want something different

And EM seems to make it's way into everything I make....I have a huge sweet tooth :D. I've actually wondering if it would help the bacon :lol:

....probably not

PA is really cheap on shipping..I always do the first class mail and its like $2 and change..It makes it from CA all the way to Fl in 2 days usually still...;)

I'm so excited!!!! Linda emailed me today to send me samples of the flavors I requested, the gingerbread and jalepeno! She asked that I please give honest feedback. I guess she heard that the choco mint wasn't going over so well and she said she wished more people would've given feedback to her if they didn't like it. So please send emails to her with feedback of what you guys think of the samples!

Linda sent me a mail today saying that she had finally got up the courage to read some of the posts here and is going to read them all to see which ones you guys say are too weak or strong and adjust them. I mailed her back and said we'd be stoked if she'd post here and let us know her thoughts about things too. But I don't know if she can beings she is a vendor.

She also asked if she could post my Blueberry Cheesecake and Gramcracker recipe as a review on her site but I told her I hadn't finished it. I've made four versions of it and it still isn't right. I keep dropping the amount of Blueberry, now at 5% and the overall flavor amount from 20% to 7% on the next batch. The Blueberry seems strong to me. Besides, I'm a noob at this and not to put too much weight on my opinions especially since I've only used her flavors so have nothing to compare hers to.

You guys know a lot more about this than I do so be sure to mail her and/or post here what you think about things. I've learned what I know so far from the rest of you guys, from what you post and the things you say about your recipes, flavors and how you go about mixing them.

I told her that I think that the flavors are too sweet. I'd like them less so and add my own EM or her sweetner to my taste. What do you guys think about the sweetness of the flavors?

:)

I think most of the fruit flavors are about the right sweetness, but think the black cherry is really dry and almost no sweetness. Maybe my sweet tooth is stronger? I keep adding more blueberry, and lowering the cheesecake, trying to get the flavor to come out as it seems to get overwhelmed very quickly. I can get a pretty good blueberry flavored popcorn flavor, but it turns odd after it has sat for any length of time. (Like over a week.) I had high hopes for plum, but it seems to work best as something that adds body, but the plum flavor does not seem to come out of the vape even though it smells fantastic. Meanwhile, pear was one I did not have big hopes for and it is a fantastic flavor.

I just tried the Apple Peanut Butter recipe that was recently posted. I mixed it with an 80/20 PG/VG base and I cannot taste the apple. The peanut butter comes through real well and it tastes pretty good, but not quite what I had hoped for...

The caramel seems to lack a buttery flavor, but I do not get the maple that others have gotten, which is a good thing as I do not like maple. I still like the caramel though.

Seems that I am having a devil of a time getting chocolate to work well. It does not seem that any of the flavorings I have tried, FA, Cap, Loranns, or TPA get me where I want. Her white chocolate has a great smell, but I cannot get flavor out of it. I am still experimenting with her other 2 chocolates.

I just got a 4 oz bottle of the Redhot because my 15ml bottle on my first order of it disappeared quickly. It is a really good one that is easy to mix.

I wonder if we'll get into the flavor-is-subjective thing?

Meanwhile, I will keep trying to get a black cherry ice cream flavor that I remember from my childhood from the dairy down the street from my grandparent's house. And a cheesecake... And a chocolate... And an apple pie... (Not being able to eat these things any more makes my vape serve double duty.)

Real glad to read that she is looking into her own products. TPA is my favorite flavor vendor because her prices are good and the product is, over all, good. Mix in the quick shipping and customer service and she becomes great to work with.

Well, I'm up to 20% on the Blueberry (started at 5%) and still not getting the blueberry taste. There's something, but it's not very blueberry.

The chocolates are very light to me. I have to mix them with LorAnn to get anything near what I want.

I tried her Peach last night and it's very good at 10%. I added Bavarian Cream and it tastes like a sweet Peaches and Cream. I want to try it with the Sweet Cream next.

I received my order today, ordered it on Sunday and I love the new caps with the dropper caps separate.

I'm still trying to find the Mexican Caramel flavor. I can't figure out what to add to give it the burned sweetened condensed milk flavor. I was really hoping she had her brown sugar available for testing.

NO! I do not think they are too sweet! In fact I think they are less sweet than any of the other companies I've tried.

The only downside for me buying from PA is that I'm in Calif too so I have to pay sales tax! But I love how much she cares about making this work for all of us. She's working hard to get it right!
