And, when including information on a product, get it right please. Especially when it's a safety issue! I've been shopping for a mechanical mod and a couple of batteries for it lately. Has anyone ever noticed a vendor stating strongly to use protected batteries only and then offering IMR batteries in the drop down menu, or a little further down the page stating a preference for a particular battery like AW IMR's

I suspect people are trying to cover their asses, but I seriously doubt this situation would be beneficial in court. Then again, I'm no lawyer ...
