There are 3 things that bother me most about steeping

1) You have to order your juices so far in advance - when you are a brand new vaper and you have a grand total of ZERO juice this is a huge problem. And even when you've been vaping for a while, you don't want to buy a big bottle of a juice you haven't tried yet so you get a smaller size. Then you wait for it to arrive in the mail. Then you steep it. Then you try it and like it. So you order a bigger size and have to wait for that to arrive.... and then steep that one! It's a whole month before this process is done!

2) Vendors should advise you about steeping - maybe just a little note on the bottle label or the receipt about how long they suggest you steep their juice. As a new vaper I had no idea and maybe wasn't getting the best flavor out of my juices!

3) There should be more "pre-steeped" juices - more popular juices should be made in advance and steeped beforehand so you can use them right out of the box. Some vendors do this with their "samples" but I want a 30ml size, not one where I can fill my vivi nova once and it's gone!

I guess when I finally have a whole dresser full of juices this won't be so much of a problem, but as a 3 month vaper I'm still having to try to "get ahead". Good luck!

When I first began vaping I bought 30 wide ranging samples. Out of those 30 I liked 10- this sampling was done in a time frame of 1 1/2 days. Once I had an idea of the juices I liked- tobacco, desserts, coffee, etc I immediately ordered another 20 and out of those I liked 10…so out of 50 different flavors I liked 20. Months later I tried those 30 samples that I disliked and enjoyed all but one. Whether it was because my tastes had changed or they needed steeping I don’t know.

After 15 posts you can also add the counter at the bottom of your post. My tobacco/ RYO (roll your own) was cheap as I bought it on the Reservation- $12.00 per carton.

Have never tried it but I don't see why not.

Sensitivity to PG is an issue for some. If the 100% VG is too thick you can thin it with a tiny amount of distilled water.

All I can say about steeping is...I can't wait long enough. I do DIY and all I do is give my juices a hot water bath once they're mixed. I do about 30 min in cooling, boiling water and then take them out, give them a shake, and once they cool to room temp...they're ready. I've even tried additional steeping from there and it doesn't change any of the flavor, so give that a shot with a new juice that you don't feel is up to par.
