This is very strange. I started vaping about 2 years ago. Mostly 50/50 VG & PG. Last winter I started having foot problems. My 2 toes next to the big toe on both feet became very sensitive and started to hurt quite a bit. They were purplish and developed a couple of small blood blisters. I went to a doctor who didn’t have a clue on what was happening. Even though I seemed to have good circulation to my feet, it seemed to be a circulation problem to me. Walking and soaking in hot water seemed to help. I started walking more and talking an herb that helps with circulation. The problem slowly seemed to clear up. Didn’t think too much about it until about two weeks ago. Those same toes started hurting with a vengeance. Lots of pain, trouble walking and keeping me from sleeping. I went to a different doctor. He checked my circulation etc. and said everything looked o.k. He also didn’t have a clue on what was causing the problem. I went home and started shopping for a treadmill since walking was the only thing that gave relief. Then one night in bed I remembered something from this forum from a long time ago mentioning lactic acid and legs and PG. I got up and mixed up some straight VG for the next morning. I had a little tenderness the next day but no pain. Now, about a week later, the problem has not bothered me and definitely seems to be PG related. I don’t think anything else I do has changed. It makes sense that both doctors didn’t have a clue since I’m probably their only patient who inhales PG on a daily basis. I’m only using VG now. Long term studies make sense to me now cause we really don’t know what effects these things will have on us.
