That is pretty impressive. I wish cartos lasted that long.

Totally with ya on that one. When I get a really GOOD carto, I don't usually get more than 10-12ml through it before I need to toss, most are less than that. By my best estimate I've put 50ml or so through this wick, with several dry burns and a couple quick torch-cleans somewhere in the mix. My iHy still has its original wick, too, but hasn't seen nearly as much juice yet

Hmm, haven't tried a U wick, yet. Maybe I'll hold off until the weekend when I have time to really fiddle and give that a go

It's good. Don't get me wrong. It can be a pain when it comes to cleaning. I still like to pull the wick out, clean it up, reinsert the wick.

I betcha you could put a shorty carto in a regular size tank by using one of these ;-) The top o-ring of the tank should seal around the drip tip okay. Haven't tried it myself, just a theory

Do you know if this drip tip would pass through the top cap of a Phiniac tank. If it would, then it would work.

Cobras and extra glass are leaving the UK on Monday, hopefully they will make it here soon :)

Nice Moo, hope they sell fast.

Got my Cobra's back from the machine shop yesterday, seems both had a bur in the airhole so he didnt drill them out, he just removed the bur.

World of difference, still a tighter draw then I typically like but it's a draw I think I could get used to now. got my 5mil sitting on the frankenGG and will be giving chris his 3mil later today or tomorrow depending on if he comes to the RBA demo I'm doing at the local B&M later.

If you decide to drill out the cap, a good hand drill, titanium bit ($3), and slow and steady. I did one of mine in 2 minutes. Honestly thinking about doing the other. 1,6mm

Yes, it has been a pretty quiet day! Phone hasn't rang much, not too many emails. Guess nobody loves me

You know better than that.

I'm ok with the draw now that the burs are gone, needs rebuilt this weekend though. Going to have my own little RBA day soon, gotta make 5 wicks and coils in the next few days to get all my toys working how I want them :p

Good problem to have.

Case, you wouldn't think that after seeing a few issues I've had with some on other threads.

Moo, this is a good thing. You have a well oiled machine now. No issues. A break for you. You could even silently receive your Siam order and prep without a rush and nobody would know it.

Gold, I like the tight draw. But I keep picking up the looser draw more often. I'd never have thought it. But I definately wanted to force myself to have the two to compare for at least a few weeks to be sure. Still haven't opened the other.

I've gotten both cobras going again. Ill spend time today or tomorrow prepping a dozen or so wicks to have ready. Open center, lightly torched, then roll. PetarK is jut about flawless. This way there isn't excessive heat applied.

I'm finding different draw styles have thier place.

the tight draw like the cobra and bliss seem to be good with higher ohm setups (1.5-2) and a direct lung inhale, it also mutes stronger flavors and brings out the weeker flavors (zombie blood for example, very good in this, weakens the menthol and brings out the red licorice)

The fully open draw like the ZAG seems to be good for really low ohm setups to keep them from getting to hot and creating giant clouds.

The in between (DID, Ihybrid) find the middle ground, great for chain vaping and making stronger flavors like pluid and tobacco's really pop.
