I thought he was going to say he hated the tank!
Is that even possible? I can't wait to try it out.
I thought he was going to say he hated the tank!
Ordered a sandblasted tank (feather) on the 25% off until midnight sale as a birthday present for myself. Sent Phiniac an e-mail yesterday to find out what happened to it as it's been 2.5 weeks and I've never had anything take longer than 2 weeks from the US to me. Turns out it had just been returned to them with a damaged shipping label. So I'll be waiting another 2 weeks nowHowever, I must say that Chris was very quick to respond to my inquiry and did get it back out to me today via Priority instead of First Class, so there is at least a chance it'll get here faster
I just wanted to get in here and say how excited I am to get this beauty and how happy I am with the amazing customer relations I've had thus far with the Phiniac team.
Will post up a nice picture of it when I receive it![]()
Here's my new tank on an Ego Mod tube with a Smoktech DCT cartomizer. The first juice I tried is one known to damage plastic tanks, hence I saved it for the Phiniac. Unfortunately, I believe the juice is attacking something inside the cartomizer. I tried two cartomizers and both just kept flooding and juice coming out the center of the battery connector. I never had any juice do that before so I have to conclude, at least in my old mind, that the juice not only damages plastic tanks but can also damage the insides of some cartomizers and cause them to flood. I took my tank apart and rinsed it out to get rid of any trace of that evil juice. Later, when it has thoroughly air dried, I will try again with a juice that plays nice. So far love the tank, hate the juice I tried to christen it with.

I truly hope it gets there quickly. Not sure what happened to the box (it was pretty much trashed as well) or how far it made it on it's way to Canada, I am however happy that the tank was not damaged and that the return address was still some what readable (not that we would not have blasted another for you). I wish there was a way to get it to you faster. I am glad you emailed when you did, as pretty much when I was telling Chris about your email, he was staring at the tattered box trying to figure out how we were going to determine whose tank it was (we have sent out a bunch of feather tanks!)
The post office must have really done a number on that box since I used to use that box in my phone refurbishment business. They are called "indestructibles" and short of a steam roller going over them they are true to their name. Both the ones I received here in Thailand didn't even show a sign of a nic. That really sounds like a fluke like it fell of the truck and sat in the yard being run over and over all day long. Just shows you how tough the box is and how tough Phiniac tanks are. You could mail it in a paper envelope and they would still arrive in perfect shape.
Please report back when you have tried another juice!
