Yes, chief did a good job. We are planning to do a top fill video with syringe, a video on how to change your carto without removing the juice, and I guess a video on how to assemble and un-assemble as well as putting the carto, and maybe a few others.

Yes, thank you for getting that fill video up! I did still manage to get 80%vg to leak out the top of my carto while I had it upside down, but I'm going to guess it's the type of filler in that particular carto at this point. It does do a lot of gurgling, so either the dremel hole is too long (it's the only one I've ever seen so nothing to compare it to), or the filler is just not made for this application. Can't wait to see the one on needle filling from the top! I do however, realize you have 1 or 2 other things going on this week - LOL

Filler material in cartos do differ in how well they absorb juice and how easy they are to fill. Some are tightly wound (SLB and Boge) while others are "fluffy" (smoktech). Kind of obvious to guess which one will absorb juice more easily.

Since it's gurgling a lot then it's flooded. So, you might have cut the slot a big to big or you accidentally cut the airflow tube. Might be a combination of both depending on how you cut it.

I keep spending myself into corners.Thank god my wife keeps bailing me out :D but she said I have to wait on my tanks :(

So I want to order 2 tanks for March 21st, but so I don't go completely bonkers, I will redesign what I am gonna get to make life as easy for you as possible, and I can try to take advantage of the media with out making something ghastly.

So what kind of dimension do I have to work with, in dealing with the wrap around. And I am well aware, no fine lines like me avatar.

Regular Tank 2.8" x 1.125"
Tall Boy Tank 2.8" x 1.131"
XL Tank 2.8" x 1.5"

The thin lines are that bad, it is nicer if there are none, but on the Saturn and Moon tank we did, the lines between the Saturn ring were only about 2 pixels!

Yes, this sandblast thing has me pretty busy. I must have spent 8 hours yesterday trying to program the shopping cart. I finally gave up and then about an hour ater had one of those, that is what I was missing moments.

Well, I got it in a PIF, so no idea how to even dremel anything - lol. I just buy them prepunched now. Thanks for confirming my guess!

LOL No problem at all. Probably be in your best interest to punch them yourself. It's really easy with a 1/4 inch self tapping saddle valve. You can buy it at your local hardware store like Home Depot (plumbing section):

Anderson Metals #59199-04 1 4x1 8 CMP Need Valve

Only takes a few seconds and plus, it was only 6 bucks. Can't beat the price IMO

Well, actually it didn't happen... so no pics yet.

We have all the designs layed out and in the cutting program for the clear tanks in all 3 sizes. We have blasted all but the last 4 on the list and they all look awesome. But I do not want to take any photos of the sandblasting on the reject tanks we are testing on. First it just looks cruddy, but more importantly I will just have to take every photo over again when they are blown onto the nice tanks...

So the list was just a tease of something that didn't happen!

Are you going to have the aluminum caps available? I'd just rather order with the aluminum caps from beginning and not pay for both, just to discard the delrin ones. But of course I want to get in on any newly released tanks.

I don't think we are doing aluminum, we are considering stainless steel, but that will be MUCH further down the road.

I'm thinking that some people may like tribal designs that don't have an image because it sort of feels more neutral... I just feel it would appeal to more people, especially guys lol

We have more tribal planned! We have to put a limit on the designs we start with or we can be sitting here for months creating and testing new designs!
