Actually it's one of 4 watches an artist by the name Jean Micheal Folon did for swatch in the '80s .... I WISH it was a Picasso. LOL
Kiki Picasso did a Swatch also though.

BluSwatch.. I am SO slow on the uptake... is that a picasso on your swatch? rofl Too cool! Love the blue tank and tip combo. That tip is just perfect with it. Guessing you had to do some hunting to pull off such a good match.

Definitely PIF, there are some beautiful SS tips, but those aren't them! Are the two on the right SS, they look like the aluminum ones.

Well I just got my first Phiniac tank yesterday. I put my liquinator caps on it and put it on my chrome provari. What do yawl think?

moorea, the 3 on the left are pretty heavy, not exactly sure what they are .... the 2 colored ones are light so aluminum, yeah?
The one on the far left has a nice big opening, I may save that one .... I have a hard time hitting the hole sometimes dripping w/o my glasses. LOL

Like I said there are some beautiful SS tips and I really like that one!
Please be careful with those liquinator caps on your phiniac tank. The o-rings are not tested with our tank and if they cause to much inside pressure the tank can crack. In addition you do not have the slight overhang with the caps that you do with our caps. That over hang provides extra protection in the event of an accidental fall that you will no longer have.

Plus, I believe that expansion of the metal cap (when it gets warm from being in contact with the carto as it fires) will also be an issue for you. The metal caps don't expand much but they do expand and it will create more internal pressure on the tank.
I'm no expert, nor do I play one on TV, but I think you may be cruising for a bruising with that set-up! Sure looks good though!
