I just got my first Phiniac today! It is AMAZING. I got the XL sandblasted Tribal Lion design in Amber Glass. I cannot overstate the quality of this piece. I love the Phiniac pouch that it ships in, too. With regard to my customer experience, I do not hesitate to say it is absolutely one of my very best to date. This is my first tank, and I am officially spoiled. I am a Phinatic.

Very nice to hear it arrived and you are happy! Please leave a review on the website.

Hi Everybody,

just got my first phinacs today...they're beautiful

I hope this hasn't been asked before, I can't read through this whole thread to find out, it's too much. I only had a dual coil carto to put in it on hand, which I thought was supposed to fit the tall boys, but I can't get a draw with it in my phiniac. I'm getting too much air. I'm thinking it's not a good fit?? do only the madvapes dual coil tanks work?

Mr. Phiniac here. I've not heard of any problems with a draw when using my tanks unless its a carto problem. The only issue that gets reported to me is that the inner o-rings are a little on the tight side. Which, can be solved usually be adding a drop of your favorite juice to the o-ring to lube it up. Also, working in the o-ring by sliding the carto in and out(but not all the way) several times helps work it in. Sometimes if you try to put a carto in with no lube and the o-rings are new, there will be so much grip from the o-rings that they will pop out of their groove and start pushing into the tank. Not sure if any of this is your issue. Have you tried another carto? Have you tried it on another mod(if you have more than one)? A little process of elimination should help narrow down where the issue lies.

Its gotta be your cartomizer thats the problem. Ive had cartos before that seem like they have much less filler material in them which doesnt allow it to absorb as much liquid causing a real 'airy' draw. If it was your tank that was causing a leak you would have juice all over yourself. As long as your tank holds juice then its definitely a carto problem. All I can say is try a different kind of carto and see if you're still having a problem.

The Boge XXLs fit the Tall-boys with a bit of carto to spare, and the Kanger XLs fit with more carto to spare (the Kangers would fit an XL tank well I think).

I just changed carto to Boge XXL my brother punched and gave to me to try. Fits my Tall Boy tank well.

I did 't think it would have been the tank, their obviously well made. I thought the carto may have been too fat. I did have trouble getting it through the holes.

Lubrication, huh? I guess that was bound to come up at some point.

I will do that. I appreciate the direction.

It will have to be the second batch as the first batch is already on it's way to me. Mist is currently out of town and I will not be sending more tanks until he returns. However, shoot me an email to info@phiniac.com with those photos and the tank size you want and I will include it in the next batch.

NICE!! Must have been nice living in DT. How long did you live in Seattle? Did you like your stay?

If you look closely I put a red X on the building to the left of the tower (shorter than the tower in the photo) in the approximate spot I lived. At the time it was called Wall Street Tower. Since I moved it has been sold and the name changed. I don't know what it is called now. Living in downtown was interesting. Was there for a year. Was withing walking distance of about 1,000 Starbucks and many indies so never at a loss for coffee to drink. I could walk from where I lived to downtown in a few minutes or walk one street down and then take the bus for free. I moved right around the time they closed the bus tunnel for replacing the rail track with the correct gauge.

Oh wow, moorea... those are amazing! You know, its so funny... I've always sorta followed astrology, but more as a curiosity... never really put much faith in it as a predictor of behavior or personality.

Just tonite my father handed me this book and made me SWEAR I'd read the 10 pages or so about Gemini rising sign. I dont' understand all the ins and outs, but that can be a more reliable indicator even than your actual sign. I'm a cancer, gemini rising. Anyway, I was STUNNED reading this thing. It was like reading my diary. Every single thing from my childhood, my relationship with parents and siblings, my looks, personality, talents, even mentioned about 5 likely professions, and every single thing I'd ever done or wanted to do career wise was in that 5 options. Anyway.. Yeah, NOW i definitely get the astrology thing. lol I was flat out stunned. So now I'm dying for one of these, but thinking i'd get the Gemini as opposed to cancer, since its influence clearly popped out the unique critter that i am. Or maybe not so unique. lol Gotta be more gemini risings out there as odd as I am. Anyone interested in astrology, pm me if you want the book title. Was pretty darn amazing. And now there's yet another gorgeous Phiniac on my wishlist! rofl

And Autumwolf... holy moly, you're mistified buzz is outstanding! Gorgeous example of his work!! And a heck of a good catch! A matching tank would be unbelievably cool.
