Phiniac Hand Blown Pyrex Tanks - Products, News, Updates & More!

I certainly didn't intend to infer anything negative about Phiniac or their products. I've both purchased their products and promoted them to others. I've just never heard of a juice so potent that it can't be held by a metal cartomizer. (Of course, that doesn't mean it isn't possible. I'm sure that I have plenty to learn about vaping.)

If the orings were in place, is it possible the center tube of the cart was pierced? I know I've done it before when punching carts, resulting in gurgling and juice running out of the bottom of my tank. It doesn't take much. I've taken them apart and you can't even see the hole, just that the fabric is looser in one place.

Even if you had to meant to say we might have forgotten the o-rings it would not have been the worse thing you could say. We have actually done it once or twice. We have gotten better at packaging, but who knows... we are only human. So no insult taken here!

No need to bring ammo or guns or fishing rods, we have enough of all of that. And if we do run out Chris can kill most anything with his bow! You guys just need to bring the gooey goodness cake juice (and some charged batteries) and we are all set.

Heck most of the people living in these parts are crazy survivalists so this must be the place to be when that time comes!

I ordered some cartos that are not pre-punched. For the colored glass Phiniac tanks how many millimeters from the bottom of the carto should the hole be punched so it is right at the bottom of the tank so I can use all the juice in the tank?

Our caps come in right about 8mm, so anything above that should be ok. I like to keep the hole as close to the bottom as possible but just above the cap.

I think these pre-punched cartos, being mass-produced, are "if-y" and expensive when they fail.
This was the first time I tried a pre-punched carto!
What was I thinking?

It is back to purchasing my cartos from US venders only and punching my own cartos!

I prefer to punch them myself if for no other reason they are cheaper. But in addition I can punch as many or as little holes needed for different juices and all tanks are not created equal, I like my holes low!

I hope this hasn't been asked before, I can't read through this whole thread to find out, it's too much. I only had a dual coil carto to put in it on hand, which I thought was supposed to fit the tall boys, but I can't get a draw with it in my phiniac. I'm getting too much air. I'm thinking it's not a good fit?? do only the madvapes dual coil tanks work?

Nope any DC tank that is the height of a madvapes or longer should work just fine.

Which DC are you using?

I just got my first Phiniac today! It is AMAZING. I got the XL sandblasted Tribal Lion design in Amber Glass. I cannot overstate the quality of this piece. I love the Phiniac pouch that it ships in, too. With regard to my customer experience, I do not hesitate to say it is absolutely one of my very best to date. This is my first tank, and I am officially spoiled. I am a Phinatic.

Your DC Carto & Tank (when assembled) should look like that.

Are you sure you ordered the Tall Boy and not the XL?

If not, it may be the punch went through the center-straw of your cartomizer
(which would cause e-liquid to leak out of the center at the threads)
or maybe you dis-lodged one of the O-rings?
