Indeed...it even vapes better. I'm betting it will be about the same if not a dollar or two more once it settles down like the original did.
That extra room to work is gonna be schaweet!! I just attempted my first SS wick on the Phoenix today......it wasn't pretty......Got it to work tho but it would have been 100 times easier with that XL.
Wait was'nt the phoenix new about two weeks ago. If I was'nt keeping up I could not keep up. Great review Optimo, will have to pick this one up too.
I'll tell ya'll one thing that's working really great for me. Take a small piece of 400 SS mesh and wrap it around a silica wick then wrap your coil on the SS mesh. Wicks like none other and tastes flawless and will never give you any kinda burnt taste. It will also last a very very long time before having to clean it or replace.
I've been thinking of wrapping the mesh around a piece of cotton wick that I picked up last night. I'll report back...lol

vapor..... has them for 20 bucks, just a heads up tho, the connection on the one i got didn't work with my reo, the + and - terminals are very tight to eachother, the - was shorting it, thankfully the kick stopped my battery from gettin fried.
use a tiny screwdriver to push the center post away from the threads and towards the center... mine is close but not touching, guess i could break off a toothpick in there where it is closest for a little insurance...

What do you think of the v3 from Empire Mods? For $18, I might just give it a shot.
My Phoenix's posts are dead-tight. i can't rotate them at all, so my coil ends up being on the left or the right. Any possible solution? I tried the dual-coil setup from your video but I just ended up with shorts, and even after I fixed the shorts, it ended up being 1.1ohms and I couldn't push them too far on the Provari. They sucked lol.
Ouch lol....I have heard the the V3 aka rainbow RA has a better alla round vape than the phoenix but it can't hold as much juice. To be honest I had the chance to get in a co-op for one cheap as hell but backed out because my Phoenix just vapes so damn good.
Eh I don't mind having to drip more often, I'm used to it lol.
Is that co-op over and done with? I'm really sick of having to rotate these posts over and over again, and I ended up half-crushing one of them. It works, but now it's higher than the other and it's pretty much stuck. Of course, this is the dumb Phoenix clone.
Any other suggestions?
