I have posted in here a couple of times about problems I have had with the phoenix TC. I understand that everyones experience cannot be like mine, if it was they would not sell any. I have tried everything everyone suggested but still with disappointing results. I have torn the silicon seal up on all the phoenix I have tried, making some kind of adjustment to try to get it to work. I have used several different juices, some that I would not consider thick. I even took some pure grain alcohol and diluted even more to make sure the juice was not to thick. I have tried them right out of the box. Then I have tried trimming the wicks. I have cut the slots where the wick runs through and this does help me keep from getting so many dry hits, but it is either dry hits or flooding. I have taken many dry totes through them to try to get them to prime. I can only take a tote about once every 10 minutes and then sometimes it will be the dry hit. Like I said I can not figure why I have had such bad results with these as I know they are not all like this. If so GotVapes would not sell enough to even restock them. When I fill them up completely they do better, but after it drops down to about three quarters full it is not worth even vaping on them. The vision clearomizers seem to work much better for me. Just my 2 cents worth.

One thing you have to remember with top coil cartos.....you have to tilt them. For some, it comes naturally through the way they vape. I am one of those ;) It's always been second nature for me to tilt the pv much more horizontal than some others. I suspect this is why you are having issues once the juice level falls....vaping more vertically. Even with long wicks, I find tilting is key (especially if chainvaping or even semi-chainvaping)

The only issues I have encountered with the Phoenix top coil is some flooding, which is easily remedied by a slight turn of the cup seal to close off the wicks a bit.
