Phoenix BC burnt taste problem

Wait, if these are for lower voltage, then what's best for, say, a KGO? While not a HV device, it's unregulated 3.6-4.2, so a fresh charge could easily create the heat required for a burnt taste. On a side note, I've had two just decide to randomly leak all of their juice out, no clue why, but the shame was the flavor on the ones that leaked was amazing prior to the gasket spilling out gobs of liquid.

Please note that I just summerized what I was reading and as I mentioned there were several that it worked well up to 4.2v... still everyone's preferences will differ so really you won't know until you try it if it is for you or not...

I got ya, I tried the squeezing the tube on the "burnt" taste ones and suddenly- success!

I'm gonna pick up some TC's to fiddle with while I modify some of these BC's.

The squeezing thing is helping my 1.5ml BCs too. Using a 50/50 juice.

i can't believe i bought a pack of this stuff.. should be here today.. don't have high hopes after reading all this stuff

i bought the bottom boil because the top coils had issues like leaking and plain shorted out bs.. i only have 2 working ones out of a pack of 5

My Phoenix tank had a burnt taste, supposedly the primer in the early ones. I cleaned it out a bunch of times and it is now only mildly burnt tasting. I ordered a replacement tube to see if the new unprimed ones are better.
