On Day 42! Is the one and only day to vape juice :) and of course the answer to everything
Day 41 is to long needs more, and 43 is way to old might as well throw it out.

I "kinda" got to agree with him that he cant really stand behind the whole co-op juice thing.....once it leaves his companies hands he cant guarantee what happened to it. It could have very easly been cut 90% by the third party...no one knows.
Dont agree with how it was handled but ya.
Course the easy solution is dont let folks do co-ops...and offer samplers. But ya.

He will do what he wants it's just that simple.

UTR, that's NOT the problem I have, I agree that the juice was in all likelihood cut. But, that was kind of my point in wanting to talk to him in the chat. A. If someone's cutting your juice I think you should know about it. Or B. Dude is this what your juice REALLY tastes like???? Wasn't after a refund, wasn't out to complain, just wanted an answer to why people rave about something I can't taste. Subjective is one thing, but no taste?

Last time I'm going to comment on this other than if someone has a question, cause I prolly am Beating a dead horse now. Now I'm a juice supplier....... someone's subbing out my juice and there's problems.......... I surely want to know about it. Co ops stop ASAP if that's the case. That's if I think highly of my juice.:2c:

That whole situation is just jacked up. I am really glad for these posts. In our big bad world it seems like every time you turn a corner you gotta watch your back. I am truly sorry that people have had to be taken advantage of. Has anybody that handled the co-op manned up and spoke to the situation?

I am truly sorry this has happened to good people but then to see everybody on here turn around and continue to give is amazing.

It definitely restores good thoughts in humanity.
 
I tried again today in the thread before it was locked. There was a whole thread here bout them, pretty bad situation, most everyone was screwed, there were pics of some nasty "goo" in some bottles. I linked the thread in here earlier. I figure at the very least even if everything's on the up and up, aint right. Not if you read the description of a doubler and what they're suggesting you do with one. Adding 1ML of 100MG nic. to a 5ML bottle of doubler. Now that alone should be enough for Geoff to nix the co ops IMO.

that co-op was not run through pif, not sure if anything was ever questioned or done

If I may, I would like to post a thread that shows Geoffs true colors and has nothing to do with the "taste" of his juice.

If you read through the entire thing you will see it start to deteriorate and was closed before I could get home to address a few things. I didn't know it had been closed until I got home and believe me when I say I sped home in order to have the time to respond without being interrupted at work. I will also say I was really ...... when I saw it was closed. :laugh:

So it wasn't something I really wanted to do because like so many others, I didn't want to cause trouble. I was an idiot. I can say though that even before I had any idea what was heading my way with Geoff, I had decided not to ever use him again after actually starting to read his forum and seeing the way he treated people. Like I said, I can't reward that behavior. So my attitude towards him isn't all about what he pulled with me and nothing to do with his juice.

And yes it sucked because although I hadn't ordered a lot, my two favorite juices at the time were from him. But sometimes it is just the principle of the matter.

zbass, I'm glad you brought up the fact that they closed the live chat on you. I could never get the ...holes to open it but of course it was easier to call me a liar.

So here is the link and if there are any questions, feel free to ask. At least here I don't think it will get closed.

Wow, he made a mistake and instead of owning up he dodged it. A simple fix, that is what blows my mind, he could have easily fixed the whole situation with a simple apology and to send you juice.

Out of curiosity did you ever get the $35 or the equiv in juice?

Unfortunately the mods decided to take over and force him to pay. Even then, it took him about two weeks.

The thing is, is that it wasn't even a simple mistake. He emphatically told me he remembered sending out my check which was an outright lie and then kept ignoring me. I'm sure just like Sallana, he didn't think anyone would dare to defy him and his followers.

Well I am glad it worked out for you in the long run. What a headache. There are too many good juice vendors for 1 to think he is above his customers.

Definitely! As was brought up I love BWB and Ms. T's. I'm actually glad I did decide not to order from him any more because then I may not have found these even better vendors with better liquid.

I couldn't wait to get home and let er rip but it was closed. I was so bummed. I found out later that he started a thread in response and what a bunch of BS. From what I have read, it sounds like every single one of you deserve a refund or a replacement. But let me guess, somehow you all forced him to do the co-op so it is the fault of all of you that it is bad. That's what you all get for sneaking into his room at night and putting a gun to his head.

I'm glad you at least tried to warn others. Many will go baaaa-baaaa where is my juice but you may have saved at least a few.

Yeah all seems great now, ecig market's exploding, what's not factored in is the fact that new juice vendors are popping up constantly. People are frugal in today's times. Most people also like to be treated with respect as well as respect a good vendor, why some people find it "cool" or "neat" or whatever they find desirable about being talked to that way is incomprehensible to me.

I dunno, I guess people could call me a BWB shill, apologist whatever. But I have yet to see ONE single complaint with Don. Yeah I like Don, we got a lot in common, we'll talk on the phone for an hour bout hunting, fishing, whatever. But I'll tell you this much, and not that it would ever happen, but he started treating people that way, I'd tell him off. I'd find another vendor while I was at it too. Just don't fit here ya know?

And as far as being taken care of, I didn't expect for one second TV to be responsible for the co op mishap, just wanted to know if TV juice was really that weak. I was new, looking at vendors, figured the co op was a good way of finding a few flavors that I'd like and go the doubler route, seemed to make nice affordable vaping. Not one out of 24 would I purchase again. I STILL think they probably make good juice. But I won't find out unless I take a PIF that includes a bottle, and I might even take a stand on that after this.

As far as saving others, I just figure if another co op is ran, that SOB won't be short on flavor, it'll have time to steep, and everyone will be happy......if nothing else he'll go out of his way to make us all look like liars.....that's fine with me. At least I won't have to watch 1/2 the co op lots dumped in the classys every times one's ran, or see pics of nasty "goo":facepalm:

Yes, it is incomprehensible and reprehensible. But what I find even more incomprehensible is the fact that there are customers who always join in on the feeding frenzy. That there are people who say " I don't care how he treats people, I love his juice" and continue to buy from him. If I would have read his forums before I bought from him, I would have never ordered from a person like him no matter what I read in the reviews.

Nothing wrong with saying you like a certain vendor. Doesn't make you a shill. I love Don's juice and in fact vape it every day. Which came as a surprise to me as I was beginning to think I would never find a juice I liked well enough to do that. I've never spoken to him on the phone but through e-mails he is a great guy and I don't think he would ever deliberately treat people badly. I am not a believer in the saying that the customer is always right because...well.....I don't think it's true. LOL. So if someone like Don did have a complaint, I would have faith in the fact that Don had done everything within reason to solve the problem. I also know he would never go into or start a thread for the sole purpose of trying to humiliate a person.

Okay, I hope that this forum is for reviews and discussion on any supplier not just the issues with the one above. I for one have noticed a "trend" for a lack of a better word here in certain areas if you have less than decent service or issues with suppliers and report it you get it shoved down your throat by cheerleaders. Now to me that leads to a bunch of slaphappy stellar reviews on folks that may or may not deserve it.
To a newbie who comes here expecting "truth" in posting it can be disconcerting when you "do not receive" the wonderful service and stuff that you see here reported on the forums. You shake and scratch your head and wonder if you are just unlucky or you got sckootched or what??? However, I have had my issues with some suppliers and I for one will not use them again due to it.
I have not announced my issues due to the stuff noted above. I am not ready for a flame war and I do not have the time or the inclination to deal with the "cheerleaders" such as sallana has had to here. However I do have something I want to ask you guys about that has happened to me and ask if I am being reasonable or not.
I have contacted 2 suppliers via their contact forms on their websites as they state to do so in order to ask questions, get information etc. Both of these suppliers are supposed to be "the best of the best" here on the forum. One I had asked simply when they would have merchandise back on their website. I waited for 5 days for a reply. I did not get one. I finally went to their forum here, they have one and asked there. It took 4-5 days to get a reply there. There were other ? being answered in the meantime.
The second I waited a week for a reply from the website. I then went to their forum here and asked what to do since I had not gotten a reply to see if there was an issue with the contact form etc. NO reply from anyone there!!! HUH???? Finally 6 days later after totally giving up I get a reply I just noticed today. I then got a lame reply that they don't work on Sundays duh. I mean if a customer contacted me and said I didn't hear from you I would be checking to see if there was a problem with my site etc. The question I had was alternative pmt methods and I really think they ignored it on purpose.
OKay am I being .....y here??? I feel that these guys are not interested in my biz. For that reason I don't want to do biz with them. Am I wrong here???? I just cannot be the only one here that is experiencing this. I realize we are not dealing with AMAZON but good customer service is a must no matter what you do in my book.

If they dont have the time to answer my question, then they obviously dont want my business. I would say 3-4 vendors have lost my business that way. And since its MY cash, any of the "vendor cheerleaders" can suck it unless they want to pay for my orders!
