What they like most about PIF is threatening us poor, helpless members, who are only trying to have a little fun (at their expense).

Yep thats one reason why I love PIF :p Oh! and the DELETE button is pretty cool too :2cool:

Mostly I love PIF because of the wonderful friends I made here :)
But the main reason I love PIF is because I met my beautiful wife Jazz here

I love PIF because it gives me so many good ideas to PIF locally!! I have converted friends and aquaintences not based on info alone, but armed with the knowledge and feeling of the PIF community behind me. I have been helped in a tangible way with great products from great people to be sure, but the GREATEST thing about PIF is DOING it!!

(hmmm that last bit didn't come out quite right somehow . . . ;) )

To Be Honest . . . .

I Really "LIKE" PIF, because it shows that "We" ARE Actually Good Natured People and Really Do Care for Others . . .

Especially When It Is Something Given With Absolutely No Strings Attached . . .

AND - The Most Important Reason - Because You Just Plain Wanted Too . . .

Here, there, everywhere!
PIF is an awesome way to share with others be it things you didn't like or things you like and just want to share. PIF is just an awesome group of people that care about others. It has also given me the chance to try many things I might not have ever thought about trying.........

One of the best things about it though is being able to help people that truly need something to continue with their vaping experience and just don't have the funds. I am not rich by far but if I can help one person that doesn't have as much as me - it makes me very happy!

I know I don't "talk" a lot but I think I would have left ECF long ago if not for PIF. Not because I don't like ECF, I just wouldn't have stuck around a forum to "talk" and I would have missed out. But PIF showed me something that there is not enough of. People who genuinely care about others and expect nothing in return. Complete strangers whom I am sure had their lives made better not only because of the material but because of the kindness of the people here. And that's it. Kindness is what PIF is made of.

This is not an entry, but I want to tell you guys some stuff. :)

When I first joined the single PIF thread in the classies, I was a new vaper and I wasn't working. I had bought some prefilled cartomizers (horizontal coil off brand 808's I think) and I couldn't stand them (nothing wrong with them, just weren't for me). I was able to offer them on the thread and get something I could use. I was very thankful! I appreciated that thread so much and it was in the PIF thread (both there and here in our own group version) that I found e-liquids that would eventually taste better to me than smoking ever did and where I met the people that would eventually help/guide/educate/encourage me to be the completely smoke free person I am today.

It would have been a much longer and bumpier journey without you guys!

It's the help/guide/educate/encourage part of PIF that I love the very most. Long live Pay It Forward.

PIF for me is about sharing, caring and no judgement. It is one of the few places on ecf you can go ask questions and read without worry that someone is going to get mean or rude unchecked. At least that's my experience. I love seeing people share. I have shared outside of PIF on ecf more than in, but a lot of the inspiration came from PIF. And I think that is just fine, and I think many others probably do the same kind of rogue PIFing!
And everyone posting the sales and contests is great, because who the heck could could keep up w/o Deals and Steals and Contests?!

I have always been a big believer in Karma. Too me, PIF is the group where I go to know others believe too, no matter what they call it. :)

Pif has inspired me to be more giving in my life. I don't post alot of stuff here to PIF anymore, which is sad, but I have since then given away several 510 kits, an ego kit, countless bottles of juice, DT's, cartos (geez, I have no idea how many...), tank carts, box mods...

Pif really opened my eyes to how many vapers are struggling...or people who can't afford to give ecigs a try. I met a guy at a vape meetup who had a ProVari (his only vaping device) and was dreamily looking a citrine ming that I had won at vapefest...when he started telling me he was saving up to buy some CV tips, I had to let it go. I had never used it because, well...yellow isn't my color :) . I gave away a stealth box mod I had made to trade at the meet because someone needed a PV that didn't have a light for using in a lab...

I am not trying to brag about my giving things away, but without PIF inspiring me, it just would not have happened. When I first started vaping, I could not really afford to try juices...but people here TC'd and PIF'd with me so I could find my "sweet spot" and now that times are better for me, I am glad I could return the favor...I have also gotten back a few good friends...(yeah you "big bro"...and my favorite "Loser"...and my favorite Mod...) and helped some people I care about convert to vaping. Far more than I have given in my opinion.

What I love about PIF is that it helps us when we need, and helps us become better people when we don't. (Although I think a few people here - Squirel lovers and such - already had in them what PIF gave to me).

Sorry for the edit, but if I happen to win I will donate this to the "Emergeny Needs" supply.

I have never participated in a PIF yet, I want to be able to give back to the community whenever I do (I was thinking about putting together something when I found this post). I love it for the variety of opportunities it gives to help, be helped, and to learn and exchange items and ideas to help ensure everyone can get the most out of the vaping experience. A contest is a contest, and it is always great to win, but I am glad I found this thread so I could really think about how great this little community really is. Good luck everyone!

DNC New people who have just had a chance to say "Hi" previously in a PIF chat thread, and veterans with thousands of posts in PIF, are all welcome to enter, as long as you presently have no more than one VV for your own use. If you haven't participated in the PIF area before, please don't try to enter -- trust me, the Mods are very diligent :)

(Kevin J., you have participated in a PIF. Your intro post, saying hello, is an important part of it. The interaction between members is what makes the area strong.)

Good luck!

Hi Mark,
First off, thanks for this and for everything else you do here on the forum, you've helped me and many others I'm sure. What I like most about PIF is the opportunity to help others when they need it, and being able to try some new stuff without spending a lot of $, and just the whole sense of "community" that it offers. Thanks again!

Oh, and I do have only one vv box mod at the moment, I need to change my sig.

Gonna put my nickel's worth in here because I don't own even one VV!

As I've watched PIF grow from the accidental inception, I'm amazed at the outlet for generosity and outpouring of love that it has become. I think we all have this lurking inside of us but need a venue that inspires the giving spirit. PIF has accomplished so much with the help of so many.
