I agree with you, Mary_d, she is a very nice lady. It's funny the flavors you mentioned are some of the ones I did not like at all. Others are fine. I bought all that I have from her. I happen to like the Capella Waffle and Cheesecake flavors, but would like to try PA again hoping I just got a bum batch. But will get in smaller sizes this time first to make sure.....lol.
EM is my sweetener...... like you said... use sparingly..... That's one of my problems with DIY... if a little is good, then a lot should be even better..... NOT......lol

How much of that Pandoro did you use? Now I am on the fence about getting it....it is a wonderful little cake especially smothered with caramel, but if the flav is way off, I don't think I wanna try it....

I used .27ml in a 3ml mix. It may be okay with other flavors just not with what I mixed it with YUCK! It smells really yummy so I may have to try it by itself or maybe with a little caramel to see how it is.

From all the reviews I have read, you may wanna try capella's cinnamon danish swirl or the cinnamon coffee cake for that snickerdoodle.....they are both on my shopping list

It's from PA -- isn't it the same place? For some reason I thought it was..... and it is GOOD but oh so strong!!!!! I probably have enough for 100 peeps with 15ml....lol Maybe you can dilute the PA with PG or VG to get it to a reasonable strength??

Horton LOL I was the same way I would always want to add more more more because it was sooooo good but I soon learned that more can make it sooooooooo bad. I personally like Lorann's cheesecake but I have never tried Capella's so I have no idea what theirs taste like. I will say that her black cherry is the best I have been able to find yet and her brown sugar is also one of my favorites.

I have both of those I just got them in last week . I will give them a try and see how they go. Thanks for the advice!

The flavor Apprentice is PA the name has just recently been changed to Flavor Apprentice. I have her cinnamon and cinnamon redhots and both are to candy tasting for me. I guess I need to break down and open my bottle of FA=Flavourart and try it. Wow that is confusing now that she changed names there is two FA's LOL

I definitely think I may have rec'd a "funky" batch of a few flavors. I do not fault Linda.... she was right on it when I sent a note and called me to my surprise. She is a stand up lady. But I can't ask her to take it back after this much time has elapsed. I'll try a small bottle or two of the same flavors and see what's up.

Me to but now my mixing area is almost over crowded LOL. There is no way that I can vape all of this and some of it is just to nasty to touch.

I am still determined to get the yellow cake batter to work with this mix but I might be fighting a loss here.

Wow I have tested so much tonight that everything is starting to taste the same and I have given myself a nic buzz off of 14mg!

I tried that but for some reason the flavor is off for me with 0 nic.

I notice a little change, but not enough that it matters, course my taste buds are off anyway, and I drink soo much coffee that maybe that masks the change in flavor.
