Platinum S - want slot facing firing button

Hi everyone, I know the Platinum S just came out yesterday. I was just curious, do you think there is a way to make sure once placed in a carto tank that the slot can face the firing button of my Provari? I figure this way the juice will always be facing the slot when I tilt my mod to vape.

I have tried doing this with the Boge one hole punch and it seems to be the luck of the draw when screwing in the carto onto my device. Wasn't sure if this was just luck of draw where the slot or punch lands when screwed in the mod or if there was a trick to align the slot with the firing button.

This is why I don't buy pre-punch. I screw them down mark my hole to the switch and punch. Works great.

It depends where the threads start. One might face that way and the other one won't. I could make you a little attachable mirror then you would be able to see it where ever it lands. Another way is with an adjustable adapter.

I replaced a few of my tanks with the Platinum S cartos, as I anticipated, 2 of them had the slots facing the opposite side of the firing button.

I then placed an airflow controller on my Provari, and it worked. The slot is facing the firing button. Thanks man, this really helped me out.

I ordered Fusion punched. What does the slot do different?

The Fusion have 2 punches but they are small holes. The S series has one slot. The Fusions do not come in the S series yet.

It would be better for people that use thicker juices like 100% vg as an example.

I might not need slots then. The juices I used I think are relatively thin. I am usually at 70/30

Mine too. That's why I ordered the punched version.

I get both because they are both incredible. I get non punched 801 fusions too. Everyone who tries them is totally ruined for any other carto.

I remember testing them and I knew then they were going to be great.

The slotted cartos are great for dark carto clogging jooses or heavy VG users.

801 Fusions remain #1.

I don't think it would be possible to have them facing the button each time. It all depends on the threading of the device. You guys know the complications of all the different types out there.
I guess, I lucked out with the one I'm using. From the Provari to the NES mod, mine is always facing the button. As stated we're going to try to keep the S series but are going to bring back the 3mm Platinum versions.
