i accept and return the apology. wasn't my intention to bad mouth either. just sharing my story of my journey. seems i've not had the best of luck from getting the dreaded "we don't ship to your area" glitch to the bad cartos. until i checked this thread (after offering to sell them to someone, doh) i had no idea they were not up to spec.

I believe in respecting people as I would want to be respected so unless in jest I try to be good. I'm human though and have my off days. I'm sure glad you got that worked out.
